Could there be a Zero Star option? Don't waste your time here. This place is an insult to healthcare. If I worked here I would be ashamed of how slow the service is. 5 years and the problem has not been addressed.

I switched from CVS because it was taking more than 30 minutes to get my prescriptions because it was so busy and walgreens never looks as busy. I'm writing this after 30 minutes of waiting for one car in front of me. I'm not sure how this is possible.

One person in line in front of me and it still took 20 minutes to pick up one prescription. You guys need to be more respectful of people’s time.

The most inefficient understaffed and slow service. They don't answer phones and are rude. Unfortunately they are preferred by insurance and no other pharmacies around seem to be better. It just blows here in the valley.

Their pharmacy always takes forever to help. I normally go through the drive thru thinking it will be faster when in reality it’s not. I usually have to turn my car off from how long they take to get done with one customer

Absolutely the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Celina does not know one thing about medical patient customer service. They have repeatedly not filled prescriptions on multiple times then blames being to busy to do it. After several calls and repeated resubmission of prescriptions they still want to blame the doctors office first then when you correct them she says well we’re busy. What no phone calls no hey we are trying to fill it be another day, nothing. Then when I complain and say I’m going to report this because patients should not be without their medications she tells me, you have the day you deserve. Really celina? How about you have the day you deserve. Leave the medical profession lady you have no business being anywhere associated with medications for I’ll patients. Shame on you!

Scheduled a Covid booster shot online, filled out a paperwork so I would be ready when my time came up. Got there at 12:35 for a 12:45 appointment. Sat there for about 20 minutes waiting while 5 people were in the pharmacy office. Why offer online times when you don't honor them? Grateful for the free vaccination, but my time is important as anyone else. Not a good experience, I see I'm not the only one.

This review is pharmacy specific... the staff is very kind and personable, but the speed of service to fill a prescription needs significant improvement; I don't expect light speed either... and I feel 4-6 hours is doable... but waiting over 24 hours to have an RX filled for respiratory issues and infection... is not okay.

Very rude staff was told it is flu season and there are 100 people ahead of me these are prescriptions I have been on for a long time!!!! This has been an ongoing problem at this place ridiculous I am switching!!!!!!
