No merchant or business line, antiquated atms that read bills as check and only take 30 bills ? at a time . Please progress and update your old atms and open a line for business’ only . As your lines are always for too long and few tellers . This bank gets worse over time .

We were setting up a checking account for our 18 year old daughter who is leaving for college this fall. Susie helped us, and she was seriously the nicest bank person we’ve ever dealt with before. She went through the entire process, got our daughter set up with the app and Apple Pay and Zelle… I mean this lady gave us 100 percent, amazing service. She even offered us a bottle of water. She asked my daughter if she wanted to personalize her debit card. You might be saying, “Well, that’s her job.” Okay, when me and my wife signed up for our joint account, they never even got me separate access to my account. I’ve been logging in with my wife’s information. Well, Susie got me all fixed up too. So, an overall great experience.

All I needed to do was a name change and update a credit card but they expect me to make an appointment instead of just offer the service while I'm in the office. Now I know why I don't normally bank with Wells Fargo. Other banks don't waste your time like this. What a joke!

I just had knee replacement surgery, went into this bank to the handicap window and the tellers would not wait on me, they kept taking people out of the regular line and helping them before me at the handicap window very disappointed.

Went in to pay the rent today and there wasn't that many people but then again they didn't have that many tellers either. Seems like they never have enough tellers.

Consistently long lines at all locations, manager is rude at this location. I've had Wells Fargo for years and it's gone downhill. This location in particular there is never enough tellers. No one in the business line and constantly ignored.

Rude. We came in to have a trust put in his name he is the successer to the trustee. We had been told that all we had to provide an EIN and so we applied for one. We were told we didn't need appt. We went on to day and was told we needed appointment. Ridley too.

Wells Fargo and this branch, as well as the Main Street branch, have gone down the tubes.I’ll try to keep this as short as possible… I’ve had accounts with Wells going back to around ‘92 or so and I used them to open a new trust account with a substantial amount of money in it. While working through liquidating assets (securities, etc.) to deposit into said trust account, I was refused to be provided with a Medallion stamp for roughly 100 or so shares of PG& E sock, worth around $1100, when there is literally over $160,000 sitting liquid in the Wells trust account. This after I visited the Main St. branch (on a Saturday after no one even answered the phone despite 3 calls, so I walked in) and was turned away because they “didn’t have time.” I should add, I had every trust document in order including a notarized copy of the certification of trust, etc.,yet they still wouldn’t do a Medallion stamp for me for this minimal amount of assets. Ironically, they were more than happy to open an account for the trust when I brought in a check for around $100,000 from a property sale and didn’t bat an eye…apparently the same trust documents were fine for that. They simply hide behind their rules and blame it on some other department far removed from the local branches and tell you that their hands are tied. Relationship banking, as far as Wells is concerned, is a thing of the past. They just don’t care… I also have two very close acquaintances in the Fresno Wells market with multi million dollar businesses and they say the exact same thing about Wells; if I mentioned their names, you’d surely recognize them. Lastly, lest we forget that Wells has had a significant amount of sanctions over the past several years, amounting to billions of dollars, for their activities. Google Wells Fargo sanctions and read for yourself. It’s very clear and evident that they do not care about their customers. Fact!

Went to this bank today to reorder checks. Few years ago you can reorder checks from the tellers. They changed the policy and can only reorder checks from a banker. Today I was told by this lady standing there supposed to be greeting customers that I have to reorder checks from the tellers again, they cannot make up their minds. Then I told her I need to speak to someone regarding attempt to hack my accounts with them. I need help and advice on what I need to do to protect my account. Mind you I am pretty scared but this lady said I need to call first and make an appointment.Obviously I was upset and I left.Been with Wells Fargo for so many years and lately I've been having some issues with them, I think it's time to switch with another bank.

Where can you deposit moneygrams and money orders? Not at any ATM or at the Wells Fargo Bank on Monney Blvd. Not even by phone deposit. I want to close my account at Wells Fargo. Can't do that unless I drive across town to the Main Street Bank, but who wants to go there, it's azoo. I chose Wells Fargo because it was on the Southwest side of town. Give me some relief. When will it reopen? if never, let us know.

This bank has been closed for to long with no answers. I have called the Main street branch and they state they don't know the reason for closure nor when it will be reopened. I have read a response on here that states it's due to COVID. That's a smokescreen. They were handing it well, had people stand outside in spaced lines, with a monitor that allowed only a specific number at a time, so no, there is some other reason. Is this due to all of the other issues WF is having? This inconvenience and lack of answers is just going to make me find another bank.
