They find extra charges like a “minimum usage” fee for not using enough propane-They did remove the fee but I had to call- repeatedly.
Arg! They did this same thing again two years in a row. It is ironic that “no hassles” is part of their descriptions.

Tim, the technician, has always been very nice, knowledgable, and respectful.
The front office is neither of these things. The last time I received service was January 2025. I thought I paid my bill and left it at that. I never received a phone call, email, or letter notice informing me that I never paid it until I called them in April 2025 asking them to come and fill up my tank because it was empty. The woman who I spoke with was rude, short-tempered, and unprofessional. I’m quite surprised she still works here knowing how she speaks to the company’s clientele. I received a text today saying they were coming out to perform a service. I responded asking what type of service as I already paid my overdue balance and I canceled their services. Sadly, I was given the same unprofessional response (rude). I would not recommend this company to friends or family knowing how poorly they take care of their customers.
As for Windmill Propane, no need to waste your “copy and paste” response to this review. Thank you.

The office service is super bad. I canceled two accounts I had at my two houses. Yulisa makes fun of clients in Spanish and is super racist with her own people and disrespectful. She doesn't give messages that are meant for managers so they don't know the information. She tries to hide information so they don't know about her bad service.

Beginning was good. Couldn't ask for better.
But this time around they filled us up for top dollar and said it was due to tariffs when they weren't even implemented yet. And when questioned it was then a company wide rate increase. Sounds like bs to me. Neighbors paid almost 2 dollars less then me. But they wouldn't help even after I stated middle of winter prices were cheaper then what I paid now.
What a joke.

Excellent service in delivery and account/billing for we are senior citizens. Paying on contract basis has certainly has been exceptional!!

Awesome experience. We had a leak in our old tank and Steve was able to get us an account set up while Julisa was able to get us scheduled in a timely fashion for a service check and then a new tank the next day. Tim the technician is very knowledgeable and made quick but safe work of taking out our old tank, then transferring the propane to the new tank and getting us all set up. Awesome work guys. Thank you for taking care of us so fast.

Can't say enough good things about this company. Worked with me to move a tank and start service with them. They were 60 cents cheaper a gallon than my old service was. When you call they actually answer, its not some automated system. Showed up on time each time. Tim came out and moved the tank and pressure tested the line for me. Very nice and helpful person. Went above and beyond to help me.
