I’ve been coming here for the past 4 years but I have never had customer service like I did today. Although I didn’t find anything in my size(I’m very picky, they had SO many options!), I felt so comfortable. “I love Kohls, but I DO NOT like the new pickup!! It’s horrible! My items show it’s been picked up and I’m worried I’ve been busy working! Please bring back the old online pickup this is so inconvenient and sometimes we have to wait in that long line for a pickup that’s not in the number slot because nobody attends to you when you’re standing in the pickup line it’s honestly horrible especially around the holidays because it’s so packed! I don’t like being around a lot of people is why I do online shopping and online pickups!!!!!!”

“If you're looking for a cute small local business boutique this is your place to shop! They have a wonderful selection of clothes, if I could I would have picked one of almost everything. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and there was no time during my experience that there wasn't someone available for questions or sizes. Everyone was so nice Prices vary from item to item and they have a good clearance section as well. The girl who checked me out was super sweet and wrapped my item in the most beautiful tissue paper I've ever seen. I will definitely come back when I have more time.”

“I've been here twice since it opened (Friday mid-morning and a Saturday evening) and had a good experience each time. The employees are really nice and helpful, the store is clean, and it hasn't been crowded so there's plenty of space to shop with ease. They have a variety of things and low prices. The wait time to check out is longer than I prefer because they usually only have one cashier and wait until the line gets long, usually 4 or more people, before they send out a second cashier. I did find it strange that all their makeup products are hung up backwards so I had to keep turning them around to see what the product was. Parking is always available. I'm not sure why there are negative comments because I despise shopping due to rude people and crowds but this store makes it tolerable and even enjoyable. Yes, it's smaller than the Mooney location because everything on Mooney is bigger! This store is the same size as TJ Maxx without the long lines and hoards of people. The location is great because there's not a lot of places to shop on this side of town. My kiddo loves the store too and we'll definitely be returning!”
