This 7-11 is not one of my top 10. But watch out because sometimes they over charge big time and you might want your receipt just in case you get over charge !! Their sale on cigarettes saving isn't a saving at all. They charged me $6.00 more than what it claimed in savings. 2 packs for 34.00 OMG RIP OFF

Stay away from this place! The old lady accused me of having a counterfeit bill because it was an older $20 that I got from THEIR ATM! Then when I went back to take a picture of her for corporate her brother and father threatened my life! Do not go here!

Went in at 10:45 pm on Sunday August 13 2023. Gave the young guy with black hair an extra $20 and he flagged me down and gave it back to me. Good honest employee. Thank you

This place is ripping people off. The gas said $5.44 but on the pump it said $5.59. going to go off a little while when you're driving. Messing up since yesterday. He knew about the problem but yet did not want to fix it because he can easily change the price on the display.

The gas pumps shut off unless you're pumping the gas very slowly and they don't have bathrooms

I can see why these went extinct in Idaho. I have yet to visit one with a public restroom. It really sucks because all of the places that took over back home have public restrooms, but dirty gasoline.

It says 24 hrs on here and that the hours are confirmed by the business. But I am here at 1:30am and the doors are chained and padlocked.

I was outside before work one morning waiting for them to open as two employees were making pizza and getting ready. It was cold and I noticed my phone said 5:05 so with zero attitude I knocked on the door and the lady employee (a little older middle eastern I think) started shouting something at me from the end of the store and shook her hands, I didn't hear what she was yelling but the attitude was enough for me to just leave. Idk why they didn't unlock the door at 5. I get it if they lost track of the time but her attitude and not caring was really bad customer service. All of the other employees seem really nice every time I go there. The two stars is only for that one lady and maybe the fact you can't use your card at the gas pumps

How does a place say 24 hour but lock the doors for an hour or more? I understand breaks and all that but that's not the case here. The worker is cleaning behind the counter but Ive been here 30 min and no sign of opening the door. Glad I stopped here! I've watched multiple people get turned away including myself.

Bald employee is trash at best. Purchased a couple things and they still won't let you use the restroom. He claimed that it's "out of order". How can more than 3 people say the same thing about the restrooms and him claim that it's out of order? I've also never seen a 7-Eleven claim that they don't have public restrooms. He put a literal sign out in the front for it. F'n dirt bag. I hope he realizes how crappy of a person he is; not even as a business, but as a PERSON that's a crappy thing to do.

Used to work here. Management doesn't care about its workers. Two separate incidents. One of the employees ended up in the hospital due to swollen legs and still had to go to work because there was no one to cover the shift. I personally ended up in the hospital due to kidney stones and I still had to be there under medication in pain. But there was no one to cover the shift. not only that but pay is a silent thing, because other employees get more pay than others. Late deliveries requiring employees to stay hours after work to only get paid the exact minutes worked, not over time or time and a half. Absolutely 0 sympathy so for that 0 stars.

I walked in to get some free cash from the ATM and Christina said HI and welcome! I felt special. Seriously, the way the world is these days? Credit where credit is due, thanks for the great customer service, Christina! And we aren't even friends...yet! :)
