A-1 delivery company was the best so far I had a washer and dryer delivered. they installed the new ones and hualed away the old ones they were very careful not to damage my new floors. The driver was also very helpful removing my old appliances over all making the delivery fast and easy they arrived when they said they would and even called 10 min prior informing me they would arrive shortly. The customer service was also very informative when I called the office to schedule my delivery.

A1 delivered a washer and dryer on 2nd floor of a brand new home and damaged the dryer then put the washer drain hose in a sealed pipe and flooded the ceiling and lights. When contacting A1, Blair was rude and said he had more important meetings with his largest contractor and then hung up. When he eventually called back he blamed the issue on the builder and accepted no fault and again hung up This company has zero customer service and Blair needs serious training. If I could give less than one star I certainly would.

If I could rate a Negative 5-Stars, I would. They have earned it. Purchased and paid for an appliance in March of 2022 through GE Store; Received an email in April from GE stating A1-Delivery no longer delivers to our area of Imperial County. I've had several previous orders delivered to our doorstep in El Centro, home. But on May 2nd I reached GE Agent and agreed to pick up appliance directly from A1-Delivery. Was told unit was still on backorder until September. Called in August to check status; A1 confirmed they received unit May 25th and its been "pending cancellation" since May 25th. I was referred back to GE to figure out why pending cancellation; GE said not sure what happened, I confirmed I still wanted the unit, and had not received a refund. GE said they can reverse cancellation if A1 has the unit. Called A1 back and asked why its been "pending cancellation" from May 25th to now (August 18th); Perla, from A1, has no explanation, no customer relations, ultimately intentionally forced cancellation through; says unit goes back to GE; have to deal with GE. I'm still trying to get my hands on the unit; several calls to GE, always a different agent....nothing. Oh, and NO REFUND either! I never cancelled the order. I paid for it in March and I agreed to pick up. A1 is a third-party and doesn't owe me the refund. However, why the delay?? If it was ordered to cancel from GE, why has it been sitting in their warehouse for months? Simply horrible customer relations. Extremely frustrating. ZERO effort. Perla, I wonder how much longer it would have sat in "pending cancellation" if I had not called. Do BETTER A1-Delivery.

This is a horrible delivery service. DO NOT use them!!!! They arrived at my residence and refused to install the GE fridge because the installer could not turn the valve, it was corroded and needed to be replaced. It was their policy not to turn the water off to main and left. I called my handyman. He was to my residence within 10 minutes and was able to thurn the valve and said that it did not need to be replaced. I called the installer back because it only been within 30 miutes since he had left. He refused to come back. I had to wait the entire weekend and call on Monday to reschedule. I was scheduled the next day on Tuesday. They arrived on Tuesday and brought an "injured" worker, who could not transport the fridge up one flight of stairs!!!!! Really?? They did not know that from being at my residence 3 days prior? And why did they have an injured worker working? Totally unacceptable and incompetent.

A1 Delivery was hired by GE to deliver and install new appliances purchased from Costco and remove my old appliances. Upon arrival, the delivery man explained he was unable to touch the spigots because they had visible corrosion (the spigots are fully functional but old). So I offered to unhook the old appliances. They brought the new appliances out of the truck, but then claimed they would only install them if I paid them directly, despite having already paid for installation via Costco. When I refused, they refused to deliver, and took the new appliances away. This company tries to extort customers. Do not hire them. Costco says they will get a different company to deliver next time.

Avoid at all costs. Staff is incompetent and rude. They delivered an appliance to my home and left with significant damage to my wall which they have not repaired.

Was told our dryer would be delivered from 1pm-5pm on Thursday and still a no show!! I called the company and of course the phone goes straight to voice mail. Worse business ever!

They delivered my dryer on Tuesday. I call them on Friday dryer had gas leak on dryer. They tell me know one can come out until tuesday, so gas is going to be leaking until Tuesday she said sorry theirs nothing they can do about it. Call sdg e to fix it. Sorry company don't use them
