We highly recommend Alignment Pros, Marcos is highly educated about the automobiles and repairs they require. Marcos is also extremely helpful and patient with his business and customers. Marcos is also very caring and communicates with his customers completely, explaining every aspect. Recently we had a problem with our Toyota Rav 4 brakes and rotors and Marcos quickly resolved and fixed the problem.

Marcos was amazing and he is extremely helpful. I had an appointment for an alignment inspection and he had it done quickly. It's so nice to have someone I can trust and he was honest with me that my alignment was in great condition where others might have looked for more work.

I went to get my wheels aligned. I had just purchased 4 brand new tires. I explained I had not found a shop that would take care of my car correctly. He assured me he knew what he was doing and had been in business 20+ years. He asked me if I wanted the "sport" adjustment. I said no. I just want my tires straight and I was tired of buying tires every 6 months. I paid $130 for the alignment. After it was completed I left and returned explaining it was pulling to the right. He said it shouldn't be. And went back into his garage to work. Well. I went back to ask about it since it has been pulling for weeks and mi this now. He asked me if I had the print out. I asked what print out. He said of the adjustment. I wasn't sure what that was. He explained his machine "went down" and he lost all car info and couldn't tell me what he did. Regardless. My car still pulls to the right. And my front tire is wore down badly on the inside and I'm once again going to have to buy new tires. This seems like one of those "set the toe and let them go" shops. I cannot recommend his shop and am very disappointed with the money I paid and the service provided.

Friendly and helpful, brought my car in the morning and they had it done the same day before i even had to drive to work so I didn't have to get a ride.

I took my daughter's car in, after it had some suspension work, to get it aligned and Marco was great. Not only did he do a fantastic job at a fair price, he walked me through the process and showed me 3D computer renderings of the alignment and camber of all four wheels. Every alignment I need from here forward will be done by Alignment Pros. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Hands down best alignment ever. Had my ‘86 vanagon 5 years now, done all my suspension work myself, and over the years have had maybe 6 alignments done getting this car dialed in after upgrades. Anyways, not only was he professional, but my appointment time was top priority! He pulled my car in right on time, that’s rare for repair shops and doctors these days! Top it all off, I’m not kidding, but I can feel the difference behind the wheel. I never could notice before, but I drove a half mile down melrose leaving his shop and didn’t have to steer at all! And prior to alignment pros I would only go to Clarence brown in sd. Nothing bad to say about them, but the fact that this guy is right down the street, I found my new go to alignment pro(s)!

After driving my truck and putting it on the lift, Marcos was able to clearly show me the parts that needed replacement, and the wear on the undercarriage was plain. I appreciate his attention, and I highly recommend his shop for expert work on 4x4 trucks.

One of the most honest experiences I've ever had with a shop. Called the day before and explained my issue. He said drop it by in the morning and I'll take a look. True to his word, he had the issue diagnosed in 5 minutes. Thought it was a suspension issue, but it turned out to be a bulging tire that my dealer inexplicably missed! Although he couldn't replace my damaged tire, he recommended a DC tires right down the street who took care of the issue within an hour. This guy is hard working, fair and above all treats his customers incredibly well. He wouldn't even take any $ for his diagnosis. Incredibly refreshing to see a shop that puts their customers first. I will be bringing all my vehicles to them from now on!

Great owner Marcos is a seasoned automotive engineer he knows and has dealt with almost everything with suspensions, so he is a wealth of knowledge and trustworthy.

I contacted alignment pros a week ago and they provided a very fair price for my Mercedes sprinter. I arrived earlier for my appointment and immediately took me in. Very professional and prompt service. Highly recommended and will use them again definitely! Thank you for the great service! Will use them again for sure !!!

I made an appointment and went in for an alignment. After he got it up on the rack he showed me that there was some play in my upper ball joints, especially the driver's side. He told me there was no point in aligning it until that was repaired, and gave recommendations as to what brand of ball joints he recommended as being better than average. He did not charge me anything even though he spent a significant amount of time on my vehicle. Although I didn't have any work done there, I feel like I can recommend them highly for their honesty.
