Richard Incisio and his coworker assisted me in explaining what was wrong with my car and why it was making that awful noise. I ended up changing my steering shaft because of his excellent and honest advice and impeccable customer service. Because of Richard today I plan to make AutoZone my go to auto parts shop for all parts I also love that they provided me with lifetime warranty on the steering shaft.

This place was great but it's hard to find the right people to help you when you only have three people in front and the managers don't even smile or ask you if u need help to find anything. Or they are all in back.

another one for this horrible store that's their hub, got a battery for a X mas gift battery has sticker 11/23 on it . I've had the battery literally 3 weeks it tested bad yesterday but they told me I couldn't get an exchange for it without a receipt. this was there brand platinum Agm battery. Don't buy their batteries, not good quality and they dont stand behind their own products. so much for a 3 year warranty ....

0 stars needs to be an option for this location. I've never had a problem with AutoZone, it's always been great. Until now. This is the wost AutoZone in the United States. Rude, incompetent staff. Go anywhere but here.

If there was an option of 0 stars I would use it. I called in advanced to see if they had a part I needed and asked if they had 2... they said yes and asked for my number and said they can hold it as I was going to head there since they confirmed they had 2. I get there and let them know I was there to pick it up and they were looking for it. I drove 25 minutes, waited a total of almost 30 minutes with my spouse and kids in the car getting the run around saying they were getting it. I wouldn't have waisted my time or GAS if they didn't actually have it. No one knew who picked up the phone when I called when I asked.

I needed a new battery for my Jeep Wrangler. Eric and Mark went over and beyond helping me by crawling underneath the Jeep to loosen the rod that was holding the battery. Auto Zone is lucky having employees like these two! Senior Citizen Scott Chambers

Amateur. Don’t wastes your time with these go to Napa. They said they had a part and that they pulled it for me I drove 40 min. No part!!!
