“Can't say enough good about this place, and Kelley in particular. She helped me find a great product at a great price for a 4,000 sq ft LVP remodel back in 2021. Back then I did the whole house except for the stairs, which I left carpeted so my aging dog could make it up and down easily. Fast forward to 2025 and it's time to do the stairs. I had enough leftover product including stairnose and planks to do it, so I got three bids including one from West Coast. Ended up choosing Abbey Carpet and Floors since their bid was way under the other 2. Turns out you get what you pay for... their installation ruined my stairs and all the planks and nosing had to be ripped out and scrapped. Abbey ripped it all out leaving raw plywood and exposed nails, then walked away from their terrible installation leaving us without safe stairs and no replacement product. The manufacturer no longer makes replacements that match, either. I came back to Kelley and West Coast Flooring who helped scour every possible product line to find a good match, and guided me very helpfully through the process of finding a solution that would look good on my unique staircase that makes for tricky installation due to most current vinyl stairnose products looking hollow when viewed from the side. She found a great solution and sent a very talented installation crew out to make it absolutely perfect. The fact that this was just a staircase - a tiny job for a flooring store - made me all the more impressed that they'd put in the time and effort to help me to the extent they did. For this round, I also got a recommendation from a realtor for another store in Vista, and while their price seemed fair, they didn't invest nearly the time or energy understanding my needs and solving my problems as Kelley and her team. They even stopped by during installation to make sure it was going well, and spotted an issue that we hadn't planned for, fixing it on the fly for a perfect result. If you're doing a flooring project, you owe it to yourself to give this team a chance to win your business.”

“Tony was our sales person. He was very polite to my wife and I. We went to his store to look at some wood flooring and chose a few colors we liked. We made an appointment for a few days later to have him come to our house with the samples. He measured our house and gave us a quote and Tony explained how there could be an extra cost once we pull up the old flooring because he can’t see the condition of the concrete floor. He said he might have to fill some cracks or level out the floor. And he gave us a breakdown of the cost and everything. We felt very comfortable with him and decided to hire his company to furnish and install the wood flooring. When our flooring was pulled up, the installer showed us how uneven our floor was in certain areas and he had to fill it. Tony already gave us pricing to float it and sand it smooth and level so it all worked out perfectly. The installers were fantastic and very polite and we were very happy with everything. I highly recommend Unique Flooring.

“This is a very professional, honest and family run and oriented company. We had a sizable flooring need for our home and after comparing options, we were referred to Legacy Flooring by our son.
Nathan (son of the owner of Legacy Flooring) worked with us and came to our house three times bringing samples and performing an accurate measirment and estimate which very much impressed us and we signed up.
Nathan was so sure of his company's installers and material and asked for 50% deposit and the balance after the installation and full satisfaction. Now that is how you know a company stand behind their work and material, full satisfaction.

“We used Tommy and Direct Carpet last year. Very easy to work with and in fact he tried to sell us a cheaper carpet that looked similar! He sources various brands and help us lock in on exactly what we wanted.

We just had a water leak at the house and needed to carpet relaid and pad replaced and they were able to schedule with a few days. Very friendly and responsive.
