Went last year to do my taxes and STILL haven’t received my return. Called months ago and was told they filed a paper to send a direct check to my home… nothing. I called several times over the span of 8 months and no answer. Worst experience ever doing my taxes. They got their money.. forget me right? If I could rate half a star I would.

Very poor service. Long wait unprofessional. I'm now Finding a place with honesty and integrity people to help me do my taxes. Big male in the front not friendly at all didn't take the time to inform me about waiting time. Waited nearly 1.5 hrs until missing a call. Didn't receive service chose to leave. Manager didn't come out to assist in situation. Company should definitely start making appointments since front person can't handle doing walk ins wouldn't doubt this place getting less business

My boyfriend used to do his taxes with turbo tax but I felt like he was never getting back his full amount. I called Chavez and he was patient answering all our questions. He filed for us and it was quick and easy. Will be returning next year ?

I would NOT I repeat NOT recommend this place ! They were saying I was getting 5 k including stimulus for 2 kids & my self !! I did them somewhere else and got more nothing close 5k always get a 2nd option
