Juan was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. He showed me things about my phone I had no idea about, My old phone broke and he fixed it but I ended up buying a new one ❤️ I highly recommend Juan as he has excellent customer service ☺️ He is amazing !!! I've been with Cricket for several years and have never been disappointed !!

My Dad has Parkinson’s and can only use a touch tone phone. Due to my Dads shaking he broke the charging port. When I bought the new phone, Juan took the time to copy contacts from the old sim and saved me a bunch of time. Juan is the BEST! I will be back for sure!

Well, out of all the Cricket locations in the area, based on reviews and good instincts, this is the place to go. I'm not gonna tell you anything amazing and I won't favor any certain employees. I believe a business team is a single unit and can ONLY be as good as its worst team member. Simply put, i called, they picked up. I went to this location, they were there I asked questions, they had answers. Friendly, helpful and professional. I'm completely satisfied.

went into this Cricket Wireless Authorized Retailer store on 04/15/2023 at approximately 1250 p.m to purchase an iphone 11 for my son...unfortunately...it did not happen at this Cricket Wireless Store...the 2 younger women provided a "Karen" like attitude, no "hello, welcome to our store, greeting...nada...just kept starring into their computer screen...when asked for a hard copy (which is required at customer request by their own policy) of the CCPA (California Consumer Protection Act) they were clueless for my request and waived me and my Son to the side to provide Customer Service to others while we waited...and waited...and waited...so rather than waive our right to the hard copy of the required by law CCPA hardcopy we departed that Cricket Wireless Store and...next day...04/16/2023 went to Cricket Wireless Store..and purchased iphone 11 (from employee Anahi B) who provided us all the Customer services at their location at 879 S. Santa Fe Avenue Vista, Ca. 92083 without any issues...thjs store was a great experience for my Son..all our requests were met with certainty, courteous, knowledgable customer service that exceeded our expectations...it was pleasant to be acknowledged as a human being....please avoid the Cricket Wireless Store at 510 Hacienda Drive in Vista....thank you, Anahi!!! : ) You exceeded our expectations and purchased an iphone 11 for my son at your store...
