Honestly the worst CVS. I've been trying to fill my INHALER which is need to BREATHE for the past entire week. This place is awful. No one answers the phone, they literally SHORTED MY MENTAL HEALTH PRESCRIPTION. By which I mean that they didn't even count my pills properly.

Cashier served a man that was redeeming CA lotto scratchers after the man cut in line. Directed me without asking how I was paying that credit card transactions where being done at self pay register. I presume a $60 + purchase is not important to him or this establishment. I give him one star, only because he did say "Have a nice day", with a grin on his face. Taking my business elsewhere. Purchase of cented candles not completed. Terrible way of serving your next door business.

This pharmacy is a joke. Rude customer service. Stepped in line to get my prescription 5 min before they close for lunch @ 1:25pm and they refused to help me. This is not the first time that the service has been atrocious. This is the first time that I’ve ever left a review and I’m sure it won’t be the last for this joke of a pharmacy.

I have been going to CVS for many years. This is by far the worst location I have ever visited. Every visit is just as bad as the last. On today's adventure, I spent 10 minutes walking around the store looking for an employee to help get an item that was locked up. I walked past a girl and two guys 3 times who were laughing and appearing to be shopping. Was just about to give up when I noticed the group walking to the register. The girl apparently was the only employee there. She was wearing a brown shirt so I had no idea she was an employee, furthmore I was wondering the store, looking around, passing her several times and she not once offered her assistance. They also force you to use self check out, which should never under any circumstance be a requirement but rather a convenience for your paying customer. I would give 0 stars if it was an option. This store needs a change in leadership and some serious training on customer service.........judging by the comments, I can see this has been an ongoing issue.

I get told to ask for the key up front for the restroom. Since the door is locked. Then I go and ask for the key and I get told no. The store is not very well maintained and the floor is very dirty. I think they should focus their problems there first

Joshua and Anthony Jackson are extremely rude and unprofessional. After receiving two passport pictures and asking for two more because I requested a set of four denied the service and quoted “it is CVS policy to only provide two pictures per customer per day”. When I questioned the policy he got in my face and said to look it up online it was there. After looking it up that is a false claim. Unfortunately I reached out to the actual store manager but haven’t heard back. Don’t go there unless you want be mistreated by untrained employees.
