Very bad customer service. The pharmacy is short staffed and they do not answer phone calls. When you don’t have a prescription number yet and you need to know your co-payment, it would be easier to have someone available that you could talk. After leaving a message and kept on hold for over 20 minutes, I simply gave up. To have you drive to the pharmacy for a simple information and then drive back again to pick your prescription is simply ridiculous.

This review is for customer service on the phone and at the cash register in the pharmacy. My son was recently diagnosed with asthma and for some reason my health insurance won’t cover the medication required for regular maintenance. Because of this I have been on a lot of phone calls with the doctors office, health plan and pharmacy to try to figure out what can treat his breathing issues. I spoke to two female workers that were helpful and one male, named David. David told me that my son’s prescription I had lengthy conversations about with the two female workers wasn’t on my sons file, had never been prescribed and he could give me no information or suggestions about why this might be the case. After having a circular conversation where I felt spoken down to, and that David did not want to help me get to any answers related to the help his coworkers had given me I hung up the phone.Two days later David was at the register when it was my turn to pick up my prescription and decided to pick a fight with me. He told me that I shouldn’t have hung up the phone at the end of our conversation the other day, and looked at me as if it was a challenge wondering what I would say. I told him that I was pretty upset that he brought that up because I did not have a good experience with him on the phone and asked to be helped by someone else in the pharmacy. He continued to watch me while I was being helped by his kind coworker and yelled “I hope you feel better” in a condescending, passive-aggressive way as I walked away from the pharmacy.David does not know what I’m going through and the pain in trying to find a financially feasible medication for my son and works in a customer service position. I had a terrible customer service experience and will never step foot in that CVS again. He could have tried to help on the phone and he did not need to pick a fight about the phone conversation to try and make me feel poorly when he saw me in person. I do not think David should continue a career working with customers. I asked if I could inform the manager of my experience and I was told that the Manager wouldn't care.CVS, please treat your customers better and please care about their experience when they interact with people that work for you.

Blonde pharmacist needs better education and customer service skills.Calling a prescription a narcotic, which is NOT, then saying she doesn’t fill out of state prescriptions… which is illegal.Instead of stating California law doesn’t allow her to fill my prescription…Unprofessional , someone should really check her credentials for working in a customer service business…

The pharmacy is terrible. Dr sent in prescription at 10am for my sick kid and at 2:30 it was still not ready. I asked when and the pharmacist (blonde young girl) was very rude and said they were busy. I came back (2) hours later (my daughter is now down a 1/2 day of prescription that should have been provided in the morning.) This is typical for this location. I’ve given it way to many chances, I’m moving on.

Came to pick up a prescription and was told it was a 15 minute wait. Came back and the new pharmacist said they didn’t process it and that I would have to wait another 15 minutes. I ended up waiting a total of 40 minutes. What a waste of time. CVS needs to get more pharmacists.

Dean was so helpful helping me to find the prices on some items, great service when I was checking out!Meghan came to help in the register right away when the line started to get more customers ready to pay! Great customer service by these two great employees.

went to this CVS to try and buy some over the counter meds with my Medicare card....got to register and was having probleams...Marco Ruminez proceeded to try and help me with my purchase....calling everyone he could....30 minutes of top-line customer service...in the end it was my card that was messed up....a HUGE thank you to Marcos

Needed register assistance and no one was around, the self service was flashing that help was on its way and we left our selections at the self serve and walked out.

With my previous three covid vaccines, I had no reactions. Yesterday, I got the last booster. I was unexpectedly startled this morning at how dizzy I was and continued to be super dizzy all day. I had no idea I was going to feel poorly --let alone severely sick.There was no way I could safely leave the house or drive. My stomach felt like it was continuously on fire and so, so upset. I hope tomorrow, Sunday, I wake up fresh and feeling anew. I had never been to this specific Vista CVS. It is well-taken care of and seems really appreciated by clients.

I really like how convenient this store is. I live a block away and I always leave there getting what I need and more lol.The customer service is great, in the pharmacy and the Front.The have the best selection of skin care that I can't find at Target sometimes, and the place is clean!Some of the people who hang out by the store is sketchy but I only go during the day.

An hour to get your prescription ready here. Really? You call in and they tell you it's filled. I get here and nothing is ready. This is horrible service. Avoid this place. I also heard a the cashier/pharmacy tell a customer that they had to wait a few hours for a prescription. I mean come on! It takes 15-20 at most. I know I worked at a pharmacy and they should be more efficient. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CVS.
