Honestly I don't think I've had a prescription here filled in the past month that has not taken them at least an extra week to fill, sending my doctor's messages then never responding. Telling me insurance denied stuff so they won't fill it despite out of pocket cost being like under $4. I've never seen a group of people less motivated to do a job. This pharmacy should be fired into the sun.

I come to this CVS often for Rx. The pharmacy department never gave me any issues always helpful and polite. And then I use self checkout for other items. And I'm so thankful for that because of I had to deal with what happened today 4/25/24 at 8:20 am. I would have thrown down with this lady. She was stocking up in the toothbrush aisle. I needed to get in that aisle but since she was working I did the rest of my shopping to give her time. She ended up right where I needed to be. I felt bad but I needed to get in there so I can leave. I even huddled up to shelves to be less in her way, and she was able to get around. But that lady!!!!! Rrrrrr she pushed her cart away and it slammed into the other cart caring items you can hear her huff and puff right before slamming the carts! It shocked me! I asked her did I offend you by grabbing a toothbrush that needed?? She said, "oh oh.. no your ok". Oh man I'm fuming! Like I need your negativity to start my day! And the only reason why I didn't say her name or complain to corporate is because I know jobs and money is tight these days. But CVS lady!!! Augh! You a lucky I know Jesus. And hope your day gets better so you can treat people respectfully.

Rudest employees ever. Truly. My kid was about to pee her pants and they couldn't have been more unhelpful. Said their restrooms were down after they knew we were standing there waiting for 10 minutes. One of their employees came out of the employee restroom, we heard her flush, but when we asked to use that restroom since the other one was clearly not available, they told us all the bathrooms were down. Rude and least empathetic individuals.

The verbal abuse I experienced this evening was absolutely unacceptable and should not be ignored. A member of store management said to me, and I quote: "I will beat your ass!.", when I was shopping there earlier this evening. And then the register employee also continued to throw out degrading and rude remarks to me as I put my items down and walked out the front door. I really hope someone who can do something about this will see this because that is no way to ever speak to a customer. Absolutely unprofessional, offensive, and threatening.

I always receive excellent service when I visit the Pharmacy. Every Sunday I go in with numerous prescriptions to be filled and have great service.

PICK UP YOUR PHONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Completely unreasonable to have to answer 7 prompts, then be put on hold for 10 minutes and then have call disconnect MULTIPLE TIMES IN A ROW!

Usually the people here are SO nice but Rozalin is a rude d*** fat uneducated byotch ! Hire people who won't give attitude for just shopping. Sorry you're stuck at CVS and that's all you can do w your life girl!

Pharmacy is horrible. I went in Tuesday to get my father's prescription. They told me to come back the next day, so I did. Lady tells me she sees in the system but doesn't know where it's at. So she said to call to check status of prescription. I called several times, the first time a lady picks up and puts the phone to the side because I can hear everything in the background. I'm sure hoping I would just end the call. I didn't and she eventually transferred me to voicemail. I called 3 times and waited over 30 mins, they never answered.Very frustrating. This is horrible customer service, people need their medications.
