Earthlite provides quality products but if you ever have an issue with your order customer service will do nothing to help you resolve it. My order was misdelivered. I promptly reached out to the delivery company for them to retrieve the package from the incorrect address. FedEx was not able to find my package and advised I reach out to Earthlite for help. It took me three days of calling and emailing to get in touch with someone at Earthlite. At that, I was only able to reach customer service by selecting the accounting department which forced a direct transfer. Before that my calls kept getting routed to a voicemail. Once the rep picked up the call you could tell she was annoyed at having to work and listen to my issue. After I explained the problem at hand she advised that I walk through the neighborhood to find the door in the picture then, knock and ask for my package after I told her I’d posted asking if the door belonged to someone in the neighborhood app. That’s it, No other solutions were offered. If I’m spending hundreds of dollars I’d much rather deal with someone who can put their stuff aside at work and not put their bad mood on me. Customer service is an important component to business. I hope Earthlite learns this sooner rather than later.

My $3000 table started making a huge clunking noise after less than a year with very light use (less than 3 clients per week). I put a claim through their warranty app and got a response but after I told them what was wrong and sent a video of the noise. They just stopped responding. So don’t count on the warranty - at all. If anything happens to your table be prepared to repair it yourself.I can’t believe this company does this to their clients.Can’t ever get a hold of anyone when I call or email.I’m so disappointed. I’m a massage therapist who works for myself and my table is so disruptive to my clients during treatment. Obviously I can’t afford another table anytime soon. So hopefully I can fix the noise myself.

We have a Earthlite Everest Table. The table top is made of particle board. Unfortunately a patient sat on the table and the top cracked. Even though we said we would pay for a new top, Earthlite refuses to sell the part. It was a $2,200.00 table and they want us to buy a whole new table instead of a $400.00 Top. I would NEVER buy a table from them again.

I had a hydraulic massage table that was damaged by an electrical explosion into my spa from SC Edison . I ordered all new parts to repair my table. Earthlite sent the incorrect parts twice which cost me extra in electrician bills. After three months trying to get the table to work with lack of support from Earthlite, I finally had to send all parts back because the table still wouldn't work. Parts were returned via Fed Ex and signed for on August 25th. To date September 13th I still have not received my credit. This company is incredibly irresponsible and could care less about customer service. BUYER BE WARE!!!

Terrible customer service. I was told they would sell me the parts needed to fix my elevation table for $2,100 plus shipping. A brand new table is $2,200. I never got to speak with the “tech guy” instead a message was relayed by the sales person. Also, no follow through after contact, I called them three days later myself and emailing videos etc.

You would think after spending 2 grand on a table you would be able to schedule the delivery to make sure it can be received properly but no that’s not an option. Now it’s past the day my table was supposed to ship and it still hasn’t be made yet. I should have known better after I had to cancel my previous order because months had passed and my head rest still hadn’t been shipped with no communication from the company.

Earthlite has the worst customer service. Their products don't last that long and they don't stand behind anything. They won't work with the customer at all! I don't recommend buying anything from Earthlite. Buy from Amazon.

Horrible customer service. I ordered several bolsters and even talked with the customer service rep when I ordered. The 3/4 round bolster is hard as a rock and not comfortable. I had the measurements of my current bolster and the rep on the phone told me that would be the same size so I ordered it. It is nothing like my current bolster and I won't be able to use it. They would not work with me on the shipping to sent it back and get the right bolster. I paid $95 for the comfort bolster and I just found it on Amazon for $58. If you need massage accessories order them on Amazon because at least you can send them back if you aren't satisfied for free. The vinyl on my bolsters starts to peel quickly from Earthlite bolsters. I will not buy another thing from them. Stronglite was a great company until Earthlite took them over! :(

Was excited to receive my electric table, however it was delivered w/ a busted foot. I immediately notified their authorized vendor who I made the purchase from, who then instructed me to place a block of wood underneath the damaged leg to stabilize it. Called Earthlite directly, they advised the same. The customer service is terrible and I was only able to get a refund after disputing it w/ PAYPAL despite it being in Earthlite's possession as it sat in my PMU studio broken and unusable for over a month. Trash customer service.

Customer service manager KAY is a joke. She is pleasant but not sincere, doesn't follow through with her word. I ordered a clearance table on the 20th, credit card charged on the 21st and told the next day " that table isn't available " and I won't be receiving anything. KAY said it would take 5-10 days to receive my refund, it's been over 2 weeks, today is the 7th of the following month You're better off ordering from Amazon, the price was only $50 more than the damaged/ clearance table
