I had over 300 copies to make and I was in a rush. I was with my infant and I got there as soon as she went down for her nap. The machines were so quick and user friendly that I was able to print everything while she took her nap. Adrian was very professional and respectful while assisting me. I will definitely come back for any of my print jobs.

They are the best staff, I went today and there was Dario and another staff member a young Hispanic very helpful and friendly. All of them are very nice.

I visited the Hacienda FedEx store to have a custom designed Birthday card printed. When I arrived i realized that my custom digital card needed some formatting before it could be printed as a final card. I was very fortunate that Brenda and Gabby were working today. With their patience and technical skills, they were able to properly format my digital card into just what I needed as a double -sided, single fold Birthday card. FedEx is fortunate to have such great employees willing to happily help out a customer in need.

My printer broke down the day of my job interview so I ran to this location. The self printers were a little slow and ended up malfunctioning on me 30 minutes before I had to be at my interview. Adrian helped me get my stuff printed. Life saver!

I had been trying to return a rug for almost 2 weeks and the previous FedEx locations I stopped at were not very helpful and would not take it. Gabby at this location was phenomenal; she was really great at problem-solving and efficient! She helped make it happen, and had excellent customer service through the whole experience. This will be the FedEx I return to every time going forward.

Horrible horrible customer service. Please, no one lean on the counter or the little girl will start recording you. Go ahead and keep my $11 that I have already paid for, for my documents I was picking up.
