Terrible place, only one person in their offices to serve, now I understand why he is so alone. They ask for documents that are not even relevant. Now it turns out that if you live alone they complicate your application and to top it all off they don't accept cash. They have to send you a link from their company to charge your bank, this smells like a scam to me.I don't recommend this place at all.

Customer service is poor, I've had issues with paperwork with there reps not getting things done right and on time. They don't give you any curtousy calls, my policy was cancelled at renewal without knowing and I would always make my payment on time. I was very discouraged with there service and finding out I was driving without coverage. Very disorganized company I would not recommend it.

Sorriest company I've ever known won't even give me the money I need to fix my car after their client hit me in the back and did thousands of dollars of damages and when I went to get a rental they said I had to pay for it and they'll reimburse me but they haven't paid me anything for the rental car that I had to buy with my own money.

I had an accident where their insured raced from the first lane to the fourth turning lane at 60 degree angle and hit front portion my car. Police came on the site of accident. The insured accepted fault as it was very obvious that she was at fault. Police gave her a citation for improper change of lanes and wrote a police report with diagrams showing how the accident happened. However, after 10 days of not being responsive to my claim. The adjuster called and said that they are only going to pay 20% of the costs to repair my car. I will have no choice to involve an attorney at this obvious case. Apparently this is not new since the previous person said the same thing. I am not sure how they are allowed to do business and how the board of insurance even puts a blind eye to this.

Worst insurance ever bad customer service, rates go up alot, give you one quote over phone then when you go in to fill out paper they give you a different quote which would mostly be a higher one ,dont go here if you dont want the worse experience ever
