Bait and switch pricing. My doctor sent over two prescriptions, 90-days each prescription. I was quoted $14 and $8 online and over the phone to confirm.
However, once I arrived, I got the bait and switch. I discovered that they gave me 30-day fills and charged me $30. When I asked why I was being charged more, they said "we are already giving you a discount" and simply refused to honor the original pricing.
I feel cheated. I am pissed off. If you are considering using this pharmacy, be forewarned that the price over the phone will NOT be the price once you arrive. Furthermore, check to make sure you receive the supply you ordered.

Shawn and staff are awesome. Shawn I am hoping you read these on the weekends. I found out why I am out of my prescription. The Doctor wrote it for the wrong amount again. If you check the records I got 30 and am supposed to get 45. If there's anyway I can meet you at the pharmacy tomorrow I would be so grateful, I really don't want to go to Mexico. Sam Johnson

This is the best pharmacy in the world. They will treat you with dignity and respect and give you a stress-free experience. I have been chronically ill for over 10 years, and I've seen it all. I used to have full blown panic attacks when I was with the big chain pharmacies, because I knew it was going to be long, chaotic experience, and I'd have to wait hours.. MedRX is done within 10-15 minutes, and if they dont have your medication, they'll order it for the next day immediately.Words cannot express the love I have for this team. They go absolutely above and beyond for me and I genuinely cried when I was treated like a person as opposed to a number, a nuisance, and a burden. I was tormented by a pharmacist at a giant chain nearby for years - she just decided she hated me, and did everything in her power to keep my meds stuck in "fill hell" (for example, telling me my meds were done, then when I arrived none of the staff even knew I had a medication being filled in the first place. This sort of thing happened every single month)and I was just too sick to fully deal with it at the time.They'd claim to fax my doctors and never did. They'd deny filling medication I've been on for 12 years and had filled the month prior with no issues. I was treated like a criminal for simply wanting the medicine I am prescribed (for a VERY good reason) and use responsibly. I have always been compliant, so it was disheartening and a shock to experience such dehumanization at the hands of people who are supposed to be part of the ecosystem of helping you feel well. One time I was on hold for 37 minutes, and when someone finally picked up, they hung up on me and never called back. When I called back and asked what the deal was I was screamed at. Ughhh. Good riddance!MedRX is nothing like that! I sincerely see then as friends and allies, and it feels like a family working there. If my doctor messes something up, they call them right away, and get to the bottom of it.They are kind, competent, caring, hilarious people who have made med refills something I actually look forward to a little as opposed to something that sucks the joy and life right out of ya:) I even enjoy the other patients i run into there. Thanks so much guys. You mean so much to me and my mom. If you're chronically ill especially, I cannot recommend MedRX enough.Once you've gone here, you'll be spoiled and never want to step foot in or drive through one of those chaotic, understaffed and disorganized chains ever again (not that we ever did, lmao). Guess that is why they are called "chains", because MedRX has helped give me some of my life & precious time back, as opposed to shackling me for hours upon hours a week. Every taste of freedom, wellness, and kindness goes a long way for us. I am so eternally grateful, and I'll of course be seeing you all very soon as usual! You're the best! xx

The worst pharmacy I've ever seen in my life, they passed my card, they lied saying they were going to deliver it and they didn't deliver my blood pressure medication and antibiotics for my children, we got sick at night and went to the emergency room for lack of medication. call they don't answer. I'm going to file a lawsuit on you and you're going to close the doors. Take care.I changed the revew because what I reported above actually happened, but they came to my house with chocolate and understood my dissatisfaction and gave me the medicines I needed. I was well attended, it seems that the person who was going to take the medicine had an accident. Today I went back to the pharmacy and was super well attended. So I changed my mind.

Best pharmacy i've been to. The people who work here really care and take the time to know you. i don't feel judged like other places. They do what it takes to make you feel at home. 10/5 stars love these people !!
