There is a reason these people are kept in a cage in this location. Very bad customer service. They made me come to the location and tells me they don't have any car after making the reservation and getting confirmation.They have 1 car and want to charge me 100 more as it's expensive one. Avoid this place if possible

Friendly service, but they are understaffed and somewhat unorganized.The first time I rented a car here I had to dispute to the fuel charge since they overcharged me. I ended up getting that money back after a couple of weeks.Tried to rent another car here a few months later, they called a couple hours before I was set to pick it up stating they do not have any cars available. Even though there was availability on their website when I booked.I cancelled and learned my lesson not to use this location again.

Unprofessional and rude attitude from the short lady with the red hair and glasses. You could tell she didn’t want to help and just planned on leaving. No help whatsoever from the guy with the curly blonde hair and glasses.

Second poor experience with Hertz in the last week. I got a rental covered for Tesla Insurance/ Tesla. The staff gave off the instant impression that they did not want to be there or help with a rerservation. (fair, who says you always have to be thrilled for work).Disrespectful and unhelpful attitudes are always shocking to me from a professional company especially one as big as hertz. Questions were met with contempt or attitude. Im not sure if there's something in the air at Hertz or this is just the new standard for their employees.Managers vouch for employees bad behavior and lack of service and there is no care for the customer or answering questions in a helpful/kind way. I will preface this with im sure there are difficult customers in this industry (like the MVD) but every customer should be met with a new fresh perspective. I was polite and just asking for help with a reservation. Not a good look

Vanessa and Ramez are absolutely the best people I have had the pleasure of interacting with at a Hertz location. I travel alot and I have rented cars from all over the country and have approximately 50 year to date rentals this year so I do have more interactions/experience than the average customer when it comes to renting cars. Hands down the best customer service at Hertz in the country is at Vista HLE. They are absolute professionals at their jobs and go above and beyond when it comes to customer service to ensure that I have great experience every single time I rent a vehicle from this location. I go out of my way to rent vehicles from here and will continue to do so because of the great experiences I have had from renting from Vanessa and Ramez.

Worst experience of any rental. As a domestic and international traveler I have rented hundreds of cars from various agencies. Hertz use to be my "go to", "sure fire" company. However, the staff at this branch was awful. They were rude, lethargic, uninformed, and lazy. Last Hertz rental.

Not the best customer service and we were hit with a $75 cleaning fee because it needed to be vacuumed, which is something they’re going to have to do anyway before renting it out again. Save your money and go elsewhere.

No parking at this location and not enough staff. Had to park in front of other vehicles including the Ford dealership which is shares the parking lot.

Gave away my rental reservation. Did not call me to check. Would not give same rate for different vehicle. Poor customer service.

Horrible! Long wait, even with a reservation. Was there the day before and no one was even at the desk. I was there 40 minutes and left. Arrived at 8am following day thinking I could get in and out….. here we are 8:30am, waiting and there is a couple in front of me!

I've done Hertz rentals from the airport, but this was my first time and last time renting from here. In my original rental I was provided with the incorrect passenger # vehicle, then they tell me i have to wait hours, because they don't currently have a vehicle for me. In my experience of good customer service, they will either provide with you with some monetary discount or an upgrade, neither of which I received. When my new vehicle was finally available, they weren't able to honor my original rental quote and I was charged a higher daily rental fee for the new vehicle, albeit not too much more. When I returned my vehicle, they charged me another $75 for cleaning, I was appalled. I have rented from Enterprise and Hertz and have returned vehicles in that condition or a little worse without any additional cleaning fee. The guy at the counter literally said that if i gave it a vacuum they wouldn't charge me! seriously, vacuuming is standard cleaning procedure, which they probably don't do, since I cleaned out stuff from the previous renter, some docs with his personal information (which I just tossed). Finally, upon returning the vehicle, I noticed i still had not been issued my refund for the original rental with the incorrect seating, luckily their customer relations / billing, after speaking and requesting a manager, was able to issue my refund for the original rental and the cleaning fee on the second rental. Anyway, this is just a warning to you that if you want to wait around, be charged needlessly, ensure that your customer needs and requests are not met, careless oversights etc.. then go here, otherwise avoid it and either go to another location or use another rental company. Thanks!

Absolutely horrible. Horrible customer service and yes from the one girl who is always there unfortunately. Gives so much attitude for the simplest questions so unprofessional and so rude. We rented our car got there Early and only for her to be scrambling around and on the phone calling her other colleague only to find out that the car I had rented she gave to the person before me. And she even admitted that she had already give the car we selected away. I had booked it 2days in advance and only for her to say unfortunately we have no other car right now you can come back in the morning even thoe my trip was that night. Did not help us in any way at all. All she did was not charge us give us lip for absolutely everything and when we asked to speak to someone over her. And all she said was to look up a number online.Wth so unprofessional so unethical and so dam rude safe to safe rather travel anywhere else for a car then to ever go back here and so sad that my experience ruined by only one lady one rude and disgusting person.

This is my second time attempting to rent a car from Hertz. Not only did they allow me to rent a car, confirmed the car reservation and sent me an email this morning as a reminder to pick up my vehicle, but then I get there and the girl in the front desk (yes the one that is always there) tells me oh I have no car for you. I said what do you mean and she proceeds to state that she does not have that car. ANY OTHER RENTAL PLACE will tell you, we do not have that car but we can upgrade you to this car. NOPE, not hertz! Not only was she unprofessional but she was rude. I told her if she had any other car and she said we don't have that car. I told her can you give me another car she said no. She the lab proceeds to tell me that she has other people that also booked a car for 8am pickup and she needed to help them, yet I was there first . Was it because they rented the car for longer and would get more money from them, maybe? But the point being, WHY RENT A CAR OUT WHEN YOU HAVE NO CAR TO GIVE OUT!!!! I called the hertz corporation and the person on the phone refused to help. Said I should talk w them (the rental place) about the issue. wtf! I requested to speak to manager and what a coincidence they were not available. I requested to speak to supervisor and same thing.... Interesting THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE! If you need a rental, rent from enterprise just down the street. I've never once had an issue with them but HERTZ! HA WHAT A JOKE.They lack customer service, they are rude, they refuse to help you. They could care less that like them, you have a job or place to get to and will not by any means attempt to issue any sort of help to fix the situation that THEY CAUSED! THIS PLACE SHOULD CLOSE! HERTZ IS NOT A CUSTOMER FRIENDLY PLACE. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR NEEDS.

Rude , unprofessional and deceptive , they cancelled my rental 2 hours before scheduled pick up and still charged me for cancelation fee. DONT USE SERVICE FROM THEM …there are plenty of rental companies out there with great customer service.
