Decent gym with some room for improvement. The equipment was generally well-maintained, but the variety could be expanded. Cleanliness was satisfactory, though could be more consistent. Staff were friendly but lacked proactive assistance. Overall, an okay option for a workout, but with potential for enhancement.

Huge gym that utilizes space poorly. Why are the locker rooms so small and inadequate? Co Ed saunas? Why when there are huge open spaces with nothing going on? Why are there a hundred ab machines randomly? Let's get it together people.

If you would like to cancel the membership you would have to go online to your account print the paper cancellation form go to the post office and send it physically. Can the cancellation of the membership be more complicated than that?

These gyms are clean and worth the price you pay to be a member. Sometimes you need to pay a little more to get the quality you need out of one of these gyms. Thanks La Fitness for caring about your customers health ?.

Impressed. One of the best gyms I’ve been to in a very long time — great service. Up to date equipment. Additional amenities— pool, basketball court, racquetball

Overall pretty nice facility. Extensive weight machines, 3 racquetball courts, a lap pool, and a basketball court. Can get pretty crowded in the evenings on weekends.

Don’t come to this gym if you’re strong or like to lift heavy. This is an instagram gym, not a lift heavy and push yourself gym. Terrible equipment too.

This is definitely the best LA fitness in North county. It was bought out from 24 hour fitness during Covid, so all the equipment is new. And it has both a steam room and Sauna by the Pool and Jacuzzi. The staff is also really friendly.

Keep your wasteful paper solicitations off my car. If I wanted to patronize your business, I would. Now the neighbouring parking lot is full of YOUR garbage. Nice heavy grade paper too, I guess you forgot to exercise your thinking muscle.

This is my first time to this LA Fitness. It's easily one of the top three gym locations I have visited in San Diego, Orange County, Los Angeles, and the Inland Empire. A few reasons why. 1. Everything is clean as far as I can tell.2. It has a steam room. Few LAFs have steam rooms these days. They're taking them all out for some reason and only leaving the saunas. There was no steam in the steam room but I will assume this is a temporary problem. 3. A big TV screen is not shoved into your face on the treadmill unlike literally every other gym I have visited. They have treadmills that other locations had 10 years ago, which I think were the best. 4. The area surrounding the gym is nice with a good view of the hills and trees and that sort of thing.

I had an injury (torn right quadricept tendon) a couple of years ago, and largely ignored most of the exercises needed to rehabilitate it. Added to my challenges I have spinal stenosis affecting (weakening) my left leg. Back in February 2023 I got a free fitness assesment done, which opened my eyes to the fact I needed help. I was only able to press 40 lbs on a leg machine. I agreed to sign up for a personal trainer, and met Marissa B. She has been working with me with patience and kindness, doing her homework to understand my condition and having me exercise and stretch appropriately. In just four months my strength has improved, from struggling to press 40 lbs on a leg press to being able to press reps of 105 lbs today. I'm not done, still a ways to go, but I would not have done this without the help and guidance that Marissa has provided. If you have concerns regarding how you would be judged, the gym by in large (both trainers and customers alike) is very encouraging to ANYONE who shows up. If you are looking for an encouraging trainer, I am confident that you would be hard pressed to find someone better than Marissa.

I had a bad experience at this gym. due to lack of options in the plans sold by them, my son gave up on continuing and they had said that before the 30 days they would not charge an annual fee of $49 ... and they charged me for that I am telling my case here My biggest question is that the gym doesn't have a mid-term plan to get personal training and either the plan cost $49 just to use the gym or $300 to get professional help completely absurd

Most well-maintained and clean LA Fitness in the area. The staff is welcoming. Pricing is fair.

I can't even use my membership, I've been turned away multiple times. they will only take 10 kids at a time in the kids club, 3 people with multiple children will come at a time filing it up... ITS SUMMER they need to hire more staff or they simply don't give any effs about parents that are paying monthly fees for themselves and children. If parents can't use the facility between 12-4 AT LEAST make it so I Can between 8-12. They used to have 20 kids in there with one person watching them all which is Illegal, they will pull any trick they can except for hiring the correct amount of staff to accommodate the demand. Taking 10 kids at a time while still taking my money for monthly fees is Discriminatory. Provide ALL paying members a Good experience every time or what's the point of even offering a kids club at all???Staff can be rude, they make it clear that it's your problem if there's no room in the kids club. The kids hate one of the girls that runs the kids club, they say she just stares at her phone and when she stops looking at her phone she stops smiling. How about hiring people that actually like children not a 16 year old who hates her job. The two new girls in there are better, nicer, friendlier to parents and children than the one that legitimately looks like the babysitter in the incredibles. Also when they cut the kids area in half during renovations they didn't put in correct ventilation, there is no air! And the poor kids BAKE in there on hot days because the sun through the windows heats it up and I can barely breathe in there just picking up it smells like you're breathing melted crayons, when is that getting fixed??
