Can't make appointments, so had to do a walkin to get test results back before next doctor's appointment and so far it's been over 2 hour wait.

The wait. The wait. The wait. Avoid this location for labcorp. I got here at opening at waited hours to get my blood work done. I've been to several other labcorp locations and have never had this terrible of an issue. Highly recommend against this location.

Waiting over 2 hours. Waiting room is near full. The pace of patients being called is very slow. Perhaps understaffed? This wait for a simple blood draw is ridiculous.

2 hours to get some blood drawn, the whole waiting room filled.Got there 0815, check in on the robot kiosk, get called in at 0920 to verify address and insurance. Wait 40 more minutes till called in the back. Blood drawn within a few more minutes.Not a very good experience from a patient's perspective.

This location was packed and people even with appointments were waiting over an hour. The main front counter person was rude and impatient. This is a very unpleasant location.

Went in with no appt, signed in at the kiosk, Wanda asked a few questions that I answered, sat down and waited for about 15 minutes, got called in, tech took my blood, had results the next morning. Good service, no problems. It's a busy office; everyone is working hard.

The wait, even with an appointment was horrific. Even though I signed up for an account, my labs were never posted. I had to call multiple times and finally got my test results after 3 weeks.

Terrible experience!Incompetence with high confidence!!Disrespectful for time of customer, keeping them waiting for 30minutes longer.Inexperience staff!!If you have a little kid and are coming to this place for blood work, do yourself and dear child a favor and schedule the test at another location l! They zapped my 2 year old 3 times and couldn’t draw any blood …. The first 2 times was with 2 very young ladies supposedly with prior toddler blood work experience ( shaky hands - digging into her arm veins left and right without any consideration). For the third and last try, Ms manager came in with 15 years of experience as she kept claiming but nothing …. Soooo frustrating. The manager kept saying her left arms vein is really good and a no brainer but they still couldn’t take the draws. The manager apologized and kept saying she didn’t know why they couldn’t draw given the left hand vein was good …. They should be ashamed of themselves for not hiring experienced personnel. This was booked specifically as a pediatric appointment, they knew in advance and decided to assign the two young ladies to her appointment regardless…

I have never been treated so badly in my life. I hope not to ever have to come back here. Dawn was very rude and uncaring of my situation, not helping me given it was my first time there and I was carrying my baby who started crying.

Came to the Vista location because it was closest to me. The staff is very friendly and check in is pretty simple. Sign in on kiosk, wait to be called. Very organized system as well. I almost did not come to this location after looking at some reviews but most are older than 5 months. I get a bit anxious at times when I go to a new place but today I felt pretty good and at ease. I will definitely recommend this location to any mommas that have to do the glucose testing and want to go the Fresh test route. The quality of care was exceptional!

Long long wait. Very difficult to make an appointment. Check in kiosks don’t always work. They are closing centers, referring patients to Vista, and short staffed. The people who work here are nice but Labcorp really needs to step up their game. And they need competition

Their appointments are booked wayyyy far out. The wait time for walk-in is atrocious. The phlebotomists are pretty good though. Why the hell is it so hard to create/staff a decent bloodwork lab in this area?

I went here to take my drug and I gave them my urine they told me it wasn’t enough so I tried to give them more and I couldn’t and they told me if I couldn’t that I was refusing so I waited it out to see if I could I couldn’t I was standing outside because it was cold in the lobby they told because I was right i outside the door it the I was refusing to take a drug test so I didn’t get my job and they put that on my background THE STAFF THERE IS RUDE AND THE VIOLATE HIPPA REGULATIONS BE CAREFUL IF YOU ARE GOING TO TAKE A DRUG TEST THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

This is the third time we took our dog there. They did a fantastic job great people very helpful. I called ahead of time for an appointment. It didn’t take very long. I think it was about a week.
