William (driver/operator) as always was professional, friendly, and courteous. After filling our 500-gallon tank and insuring there are no leaks, he fills our 5-gallon BBQ propane tanks without complaint. This is why we are glad to support local businesses. Thanks William.

Big fan of Lava Propane!! I have used them two years running now. Each time I have had the pleasure of working with Will. I ran out of gas yesterday (found out when I went to make breckfast) and before the day was over my 500 gallon tank was filled. Its refreashing to have someone who cares about my equipment more than I do for a change. Thank you Will! You are the man!

We are in the process of buying a home that requires propane. Lava has the best prices, their customer service is great, and delivery was fast. Rachel was prompt with responses and helped get everything started. William was excellent. Not only was he able to do a site visit the same day I inquired, but he was able to do the install the same week. William went above and beyond to ensure we were hooked up and all the appliances were working as they should.

we switch to lava propane from Ferrellgas and are very glad we did. The office staff are great, William, who came to our house to handle the install, was friendly, knowledgeable, professional. This is the kind of service we never got from our previous propane company. His equipment also showed that we had a propane leak in our house, and he found it and repaired it at no extra charge. The install of the new tank required a crane and the removal of our previous tank and everything was done in a very tight spot and they managed it with no problem. Would definitely recommend this company.

I just recently switched over to Lava Propane and I’m very happy I made the switch. They have excellent customer service, fast hassle free delivery to my home and the best prices! I would highly recommend switching to Lava Propane.

A Rarity in todays world. One of the most pleasant Office Mangers I have ever spoken to, she's beyond a pleasant individual to speak with, follows up, does what she says she is going to do. The driver, William does the same. Shows up early, does a fantastic job, pleasant individual to speak with. Overall an incredible experience and outstanding customer experience as well. Couldn't be happier with their level of service !

By far the worst service ever! You will lose business and money working with these people. Have to wait 3+ weeks to receive my order. I call everyday and nobody even answers the phone.

I have worked with many different propane and LP companies in the past. LAVA has always been honest and demonstrated follow through which goes a long way with me. They are family owned and operated which means the people working there actually care and demonstrate a level of pride in what they do. I will be utilizing them in the future for both my commercial and residential tanks. Thank you for making my life easier I appreciate your customer service????????????

Lava LPG is a very professional company to work with, they are always very helpful whenever I reach out to them. I submitted a request through their website that I wanted to have my tank checked and the next day ( a Saturday) I received a call from William. I explained the issue I was having and he spent a lot of time not only inspecting my tank but he also inspected my heater and found it was leaking propane. William went above and beyond to make sure we were safe. He has visited our house in the past and he is always friendly, professional and does a great job. My husband and I recently moved into a new home. Little did we know that we were very low on propane. We did a little research and found Lava LPG, read the reviews, and gave them a call. We are so happy we did! Their customer support was wonderful. They got someone out to our home that same day, and the next day we had a full propane tank! Everyone we met was helpful and supportive. Prices are fair, and service is FAST. If you are looking for an amazing propane company, look no further.

Hands down the BEST customer service around! We changed over to Lava about 2 years ago from another local provider and have been extremely satisfied ever since. Their pricing is good and service is excellent. We recently had an issue with a crack in our pipe causing our propane to leak and were using gas at an excessive rate. We would not have known if William had not reached out to contact us directly to let us know of this problem. He then went out of his way (on his day off) to help us find and resolve the problem. Lava truly cares for their customers and SHOWS us this by their service and actions. We are so happy we changed over and grateful for the level of service they provide. Thank you to William and the Team!

Best Propane service around. We've had Ferrell Gas and Amerigas and they both suck. Lava has the best rate and customer service. We had to change our tank out from Ferrell Gas and Lava made it so easy. William always gives us a call when they rates are down and we are in need of propane. All other propane providers will give you and introductory rate but it goes up $1 per gallon on your next fill up. Don't be fooled. Switch to Lava today and you will always get the best rate with amazing service.
