I found mattress firm online and I called to inquire about a mattress for a friend renting a spare bedroom. Kara went above and beyond. She showed me multiple matresses and I picked the best one for my friend. Great customer service I’m happy to shop there again.

I recently went in looking for ANOTHER new bed after only 3 years with the current. I have an extreme amount of back issues so getting a new bed is always frustrating. Also, I’ve had to spend thousands of dollars over a short period of years because who exchanges/returns beds, am I right?That in itself doesn’t make the process exciting at all.So initially went and spoke to Tara in San Marcos. She gave me so much info to hone in on what type of bed was the best fit. What really got me though is, as I walked in, I heard her telling the current customer their return exchange policy, if the bed is not right for them. I knew at that point I would be finding my future bed. I was unable to buy a bed that day, but about a week later I went with my spouse and we looked at a couple beds in Vista with John. He was very helpful and did not deviate from the current selections I had made with Tara. The process was so easy we must’ve been in and out in less than an hour. Great customer service by all staff I highly recommend coming to either of their stores when you’re going to buy your next new bed

All the staff at Mattress Firm in Vista were amazing. John helped us every step of the way to get the right mattress within our time frame and budget. We are so happy with our final selection. Ken and Tara were equally helpful finalizing our purchase!

I had a wonderful experience today. Tara was such a delight to work with. She was very informative and very knowledgeable. She wasn't pushy and let me take as long as I needed to make a decision. We had a lovely time at mattress firm. Our salesman John was extremely helpful and friendly, and had a great eye for what we are looking for. He helped us test lots of mattresses, and was very knowledgable. The delivery personnel were also very professional and kind. We love our new mattress! Much appreciated and certainly recommended. My husband and I visited Mattress Firm store here in Vista to look at a new mattress. Been a long time since shopping for these and the gentlemen running the store was very helpfull and had all of the knowledge to update us. John is an excellent salesman. I really felt like he knew what he was talking about and he helped me select the mattress that was best for me. I never felt like he was guiding me to a specific mattress just to get the sale. Highly recommend this store and asking for John who has successfully lead us in the right direction twice now.
