“Went in with no appt, signed in at the kiosk, Wanda asked a few questions that I answered, sat down and waited for about 15 minutes, got called in, tech took my blood, had results the next morning. Good service, no problems. It's a busy office; everyone is working hard.”

“Hello! I went in this morning and checked in over the phone, one lady calls my name (Isabela) without saying any last names, and another woman proceeds to enter the room. About 5 mins later my name (Isabela) gets called again, as I proceed to enter the room and I notice on the phlebotomist's monitor screen is another woman's name (Isabella P.). At this instant me and the other patient's father realize that we had been switched from lack of checking ID's and last names! We both proceeded to express our frustrations towards the unprofessionalism of not double checking last names before proceeding. Sandra however, expressed her concern for the other phlebotomist's mistakes and made sure to comfort me and the other patient's father by making sure to let us know that she will take it up with the supervisor, she also guaranteed that our tests would not be mixed up and for that I appreciate her service. Sandra was also very light handed, she finished the service quickly and painlessly which I appreciated and for that, all 4 starts go to Sandra. Thank you.”
