This store rocks. Yesterday I went to a different Metro the one I've been going to for years and they didn't want to help. They told me I had to buy a new phone the phone was only a year old. So today I found this store solve the problem all they had to do was reset the phone settings and it works now. Hallelujah this is my new store from now on!!!

First of all bad customer service :/ Went here today to cancel and change my phone line but the young female worker did not even know how to do it. She was overcharging me and telling me to pay for two phone bills that were due this month when I was only changing one phone line. She also gave me attitude and looked like she did not want to help me. Wish they had better employees with an long experience working there. Btw- created this account just to comment this because it was really annoying when I came there to get help but instead made my experience there terrible. Now I have to go again but to another MetroPCS store

5/4/19 Earlier today I walked into this metro pcs store to pay my monthly payment, and I did not know that my friend had payed my monthly bill a minute before I made my payment. So when my friend called me to let me know I asked the young lady at metro for a refund. She called customer service and she was told that I couldn't get a refund because my payment was "pending". Anyways, she asked me to come back to the store for my refund. I left worried that I had lost my money since I have been struggling with money (that's why my friend helped me with my bill as well). So then I went home and I logged into my metro pcs account online, I saw that my friends payment went through but my payment did not appear at all. I went back to metro 30 minutes ago and I was helped by this young man by the name Jeremiah. I told him what had happened earlier today. He called customer service and explained to them how my payment was not appearing in my account. He was very helpful and he patiently worked with customer service through the phone to give me back my refund. I want to thank him for helping me get my refund back.

Love this office. We were with boost mobile for 2 weeks and couldn't take it anymore. Everything about them including their customer service was horrible. So we were not very happy when we went to metro. Patricia changed that very quickly. She went above and beyond to make sure we were very happy with our phones and her customer service. We will definitely be recommending her to our family and friends. Thank you Patricia.

SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE EVERY TIME! These folks have always gone out of their way for me every time I've needed them! I am a semi-old guy, so I am probably needier than the average PCS customer. But they never make me feel like I'm an imposition! In fact, they go out of their way to do everything I can to complete the mission. And this has been the case for 2 years now. My compliments to Metro PCS for their hiring practices, because they staff their stores with some of the nicest, most helpful people I've ever encountered! Big thanks to Jazmin for helping my wife and I resolve our latest concerns. She and her team took SO much time to get us to the finish line, and could not have been nicer. It's because of service like this that we have been comfortable refer several family members and friends to Metro PCS , and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Came here after being sent from another metropcs store, it seems this is the only store that handles warranty claims. Long story short my wife's brand new cell phone shuts off and will not turn on. We thought this would be a simple swap-out and be on our way. Apparently even though this was faulty equipment and is going to be replaced under warranty that we have to wait 7 days for the warranty process to be completed. Until then, no cell phone. We have 3 small children and tonight is my daughters first sleepover ever, my wife is in a panic this evening with no cell phone. 7 days to wait for a replacement phone under warranty is completely unacceptable and I feel this is just a ploy to get us to pay for a new phone at full price, which was the only option given to us in order to resolve in less than a week. Terrible customer service
