Big store. Clean and organized and very helpful associate at the front of the store. Although this store didn't have what I needed, the associate looked up another location and found the stickers I needed. I appreciate your help!! Thank you

This is a huge store, so I was surprised at the minimal amount of beading supplies. The accessories I needed to make graduation money leis weren't there though I've always purchased my supplies at Michael's (in Orange County).
Overall, I didn't care for the store layout. The aisles are tight, although the entrance & cashier areas have a great deal of open floor space.

It's sad when the elderly cashier tells the customers. "I'm sorry I called for help and no one is willing to help me." Multiple customers left there items on the counter and left. Other Michaels have self check out. This one does not. If you are in a hurry. This place is not an In and out place. You will have to wait for assistance on everything.
