“found this storage and like the price and location . i feel very safe and secure when i stop by no matter the hour , though very unfortunate that there is NEVER carts and it sucks that i'm on the third floor . having to make multiple small trips sucks , being told the carts have airtags and are continuously in people's storage is honestly ridiculous . there should be a fee or something to keep people from stashing carts / hoarding them . had this storage for a month and have never seen a cart.”

“I had an excellent experience with this moving company! My daughter is in college in San Marcos and was moving from one apartment to another just 10 minutes away. Since I couldn’t be there in person, it was very important to find a company I could trust. I spoke with Hector, the owner, over the phone, and he was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain the entire process, including the pricing for a two-person crew. The day before the move, they called to confirm the appointment and reassured me that everything was set for moving day. On the day of the move, Pablo and his crew arrived right on time and worked quickly and efficiently. They handled all of my daughter’s belongings with great care and made the entire process stress-free. Since I wasn’t in town, I especially appreciated that they kept me updated throughout the move, which gave me real peace of mind. Their pricing was fair, the communication was excellent from start to finish, and the customer service was outstanding. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable, professional movers. Thank you, Hector, Pablo, and the entire team for taking such great care of my daughter!”

“I used Taylor Storage for 4 years and the price only went up $5 during that time. I had to move out today and the key to my lock broke off in the lock and they broke the lock with a drill and cutter and didn’t charge me for the work. Great service and price I highly recommend this place to anyone”

“I move way too often and have had okay and bad experiences over many years. Today, used this company to move some old precious antiques. I was amazed at the expertise and caring they put into carefully wrapping each piece. Susie was also helpful and quick to communicate during the planning process. These people are truly skilled very experienced movers. I recommend them highly!!!”
