The manager Ken is absolutely the worst "manager" I've ever had the displeasure of meeting. Very clear he doesn't value his employees and doesn't know how to run a store. Extremely miserable and I'd go to any other auto parts store in the area even if it's further away just to avoid having to deal with this man.

I wanted to make sure they had what I wanted in stock so I called and was immediately put on hold. I decided to drive there while I was on hold, which is fortunate because he never came back. When I got there it was a ghost town. Sold me what I needed while I listen to the alarm beep in the background that was supposed to remind him that he had somebody on hold. As I was leaving, I asked him about the beeping and he said it was that someone had left a message. I told him I was still on hold and he had never come back to me and he mumbled something about having forgotten.

Sold me the wrong oil filter. I asked for a Wix brand gold or platinum one. Preferably platinum. Guy at the counter said they had it in stock. Gave me the heads up that it had their name on it, but was still made by Wix. I like to get the stuff that lasts for 10,000 miles so it saves me a little more time and money in the long run so I don't have to get as many oil changes. My partner and I do a LOT of driving for work and rack up that many miles pretty quickly. After I got home from my car being serviced, my partner, who's a mechanic by trade and even used to work for Napa, checked the receipt and noticed that the part number for the filter was incorrect. I ended up being given a plain regular lower quality filter that's only good for 5,000 miles. Either the guy at the counter flat out lied to me, or is just a total idiot pulling the wrong part from the back. So now it's going to cost me more having to get another oil change much sooner than originally planned. Double check part numbers!
