I purchased a warranty when I bought my truck, and my most recent service experience was terrible. My truck was in the shop for 6 weeks, and I was told my rental car would be covered by my warranty — but I ended up having to pay for it out of pocket.
Since getting my truck back, I’ve called and texted my service advisor multiple times trying to resolve the rental reimbursement issue and no one has contacted me back.
After 6 weeks of going back and forth with the warranty company and not having my truck, I was put in a Chevy Malibu and still had to pay for it myself.
This is unacceptable customer service. I will never purchase another vehicle from North County Ford or return to their service department, and I’ll make sure to share my experience with friends and family in Vista.

Not really satisfied you guys had my car for many hours did not open my trunk still charged me $250
I was able to take it to another local car shop. They were able to open it within 10 minutes and didn't charge me a penny.
Makes me think that you guys didn't even try and just scam me for $250

Great experience at North County. Trevor made the buying process super easy, we were able to complete most of the transaction online, and he brought the vehicle to our home. I would highly recommend him and thus dealership to anyone.

I have been going to North County Ford for all my service maintenance on my last two Ford Edges and they have always been thorough in explaining what was needed and always delivered on a timely manner and I have been very pleased with their customer service for several years now.
My Service Advisor Representative Nick Rodriguez is very Professional In Handling My Repair On My 2022 Ford Edge From The Beginning To End. Great Job And Very Happy.

Been using north county ford for over 30 years. (Sales and service). I think this is ford number 27 in purchases. (Both fleet and personal combined ). So i have seen people come and people go. With that said my last service experience was not the norm i am use too. Lack of communication or none at all. I was told i got calls updating me but that was not the case. I even left live messages with other personal and it still seemed that wasn’t working either. When i finally got ahold of my advisor he stated that I already picked up
My truck …thats when i got a little nervous and aggravated and went in person to see who, what and why …. Anyways , i picked up my truck and i hope its fixed. Just not the service i am use to getting after ALL the vehicles i purchased from the past advisors i had. I am sure its just the new people in new positions. Hope North County Ford can fix it.

Kevin in service is exceptional. He saved me and my truck when I accidently put 2 gallons of unleaded into my diesel! He booked an immediate appointment, talked me off the ledge!! I had the truck towed to dealer, he let me know when it arrived, when they had diagnosis, communication was excellent throughout! Thanks to Kevin and your diesel techs!!

The oil change and tire rotation seemed to be top notch, but it took 5 hours to complete a job I was told would take 2 and I had to check in with the service department. I was never given a reason for the delay or contacted by anyone in service to let me know it was going to take longer.

Wife and I just purchased a certified preowned truck from them and excellent experience with Tibo and the team! Tibo was very communicative from the start on features and aggressive out the door the pricing. Unlike a bad prior experience elsewhere they did not push us on addons we did not want and kept the process simple and honest!
