Yes ON is part of a big corp but I still shop them because they have cute, quality clothing at good prices (esp great in the clearance!) and their customer service when needing to return something is unparalleled!! 1st time in this location but as always, a great experience. Store was well stocked and clean, and service was friendly and fast=)

Best Old Navy! I live in Escondido and drive to this one because they have more in stock but mostly because of the customer service! The 2 older women (wish I knew their names) are always so friendly, kind, funny and let you know about all the deals and super personable! I always look forward to seeing them because they make the shopping experience more enjoyable!

Old Navy is great for casual weekend clothes, hopefully warmer weather is on the way and needed some comfortable clothes for the beach, they had really good sale prices and wonderful service

I apply last Sunday November 4th and I called to see what was my application going so far and I called in today November 12th to see if I got hired or not. The worst service I work in a store with 2 year experience of service this one was the worst the manger who answer my called told me that I didn't get hire the reason was full of staff I apply on nov 4th there those week I was the one calling to see how it was going so far for my application.I feel like you guys should have called us if we got hire or not so we can be look for other jobs. They should not put sign of hiring if you guys are not hiring. I feel this is not professional. I'm really disappointed in store .

My husband & I stopped into Old Navy yesterday and were very impressed by the selection of clothes and the prices. Jessica greeted us when we entered the store and went out of her way to provide exceptional customer service. We had a great time shopping and walked out with some great finds. This is a great store for casual, well priced clothing.

This store has no carts to put your stuff your buying in. And no baskets either. I guess they want yiu to hold them. Can't buy much in there. And they only carry small and medium sizes no large. Sad store
