“For Cesar Valdez - Oceanside and Luis Valdez - Esco. Okay, where do I even begin. I went to the Esco store and was NOT going to buy anything today. I just came to look. And there was no pressure at all when began speaking with Luis. He had a cool, easygoing nature and, even though I research a lot about precious stones and metals, I learned a couple of new things from him. Had to leave and come back but by then Luis was out to lunch. So, I spoke with the Oceanside manager, Cesar. Same easygoing disposition. Long story short, I walked out with two amazingly stellar rings, the exact thing I was looking for and at the price I wanted. Not only did Luis and Cesar give me an amazing price for extremely high-quality rings, THEY WERE STEAM CLEANED. I couldn't believe how much they sparkled. Of course I had to walk out with them on. And even so, they STILL gave me for each ring, a ring box, a gift box for the ring box, and a cute gift bag complete with tissue! I've sold a few items here at an amazingly good price, but nothing beats this great customer experience. I will absolutely be back. THANK YOU, CESAR AND LUIS!”
