“My dog is allergic to everything and especially chicken and its seriously in every dog food. But here they were able to help us find this great dog food with all the things she's not allergic too! She has been eating Pure Vita (Beef and red lentils) and her skin has been great no more rashes. The lady that helped me figure out the right dog food was super helpful and informed me a lot.”

“I've been shopping at Country Feed Store for almost 2 years for all my bunny needs - hay, pelletized bedding, and treats. I typically buy their Fruit Loops for critters, but recently they started selling new treats (see below) that my boys absolutely love. Shoutout to Kat for telling me about the new treats! Definitely recommend!”

“Our pups absolutely love the Venison & Zucchini recipe! After two long months of trying to get Yumi and Yoshi’s sensitive stomachs back on track, we finally found something that works. Yumi has poultry allergies, and both of them have had on-and-off gut issues, so finding a food that’s both gentle and nourishing has been a huge challenge. We’ve been feeding them the Venison & Zucchini recipe for about two months now, and the results have been amazing — no digestive flare-ups, their stools are consistent, and they genuinely love mealtime again. Their coats look healthy, energy levels are steady, and they’re thriving on this clean, limited-ingredient food. I also really appreciate the use of novel proteins and organic ingredients — it gives me so much peace of mind knowing exactly what goes into their meals. And I can’t say enough good things about their customer service. When we had a UPS delivery issue, they immediately made sure Yumi and Yoshi didn’t miss a meal and went above and beyond to get our food on time. It’s rare to find a company that cares this much. Another big plus — they’re local, and their food is even available in some retail stores nearby, which is super convenient if I ever run low before my next delivery.”

“Overall had a great experience with Chris Estep at Toucan Jungle. I inquired about a certain aldabra listed on Morph Market, unfortunatley the one I inquired about just sold, but there were two more that were similar but a bit more expensive, but he knocked the price down to the same price as the 1st tortoise I was interested in. Glad to say the same day I inquired, we paid & the baby was shipped the following day to arrive the day after! He then made sure to follow up with me to ask how she was once she arrived, happy to say me & my wife are very happy with our new Penelope❤️ she ate on day 1 & is a very healthy happy & unique tortoise. Do plan to purchase my next aldabra through Toucan Jungle!”

“I visit this pet store pretty regularly. I have a bearded dragon and 4 cats at home. The employees are always friendly and ready to help. No matter what time of day I show up there is always someone cleaning and maintaining the tanks and bird cage. The pets are being cared for while waiting for their people to come bring them home.”

“We are first time cat parents of 2 and I'm glad to have brought them here. They handled my two cats with love and care which ultimately put us at ease and made us feel comfortable about the entire process. Not only that, they were able to shower us with lots of knowledge and were super reassuring. Thanks team!”
