Came in for some crickets. The ones prebagged on the shelf were dead. Got some from the cashiers, the gentleman used his mouth to blow air into the bag. Mouth to bag, so no actual oxygen went into the bag. You could see his breath collect in the bag. After I purchased them, I had to redo that. Not only was it gross, but not good for the bugsI also didn't care for the lady who checked me out being overly persistent that I make/use an account with them. I shouldn't have to say no over 10 times before my money is finally accepted.

I was in the store for 5 mins shopping and then was approached to be told the store was closed, yet the doors were open and there were multiple people in store. They kicked us all out with explanations. There was no sign on to door to say they were closed or when they would reopen.

They were closed more than 15 minutes early. I had to run in and out to grab some emergency food and medicine for my pet. Thanks a lot

Even worse. When we got home, she was still soaking wet with her Deshedding shampoo. and when we got there, she was in the cage, half dry with that shampoo on her. and now she had an allergic reaction even though we washed her has bumps all over her. You guys seriously ruined our dog and no one let us know that she still had suds all over her. What a horrible, horrible groomer.

Kudos to the staff. New to the area and just visiting. Had no clue where anything was or what my daughter needed. Staff was very helpful. I ended up getting a few extra things because they put me in a cheery mood. Your prices were very good and I told my daughter she should check you guys out compared to another store I was supposed to go to. Thanks for doing a great job.

I am giving a 5 star review for the customer service I receive from employees at Petco specifically Margo. Every time I visit I am greeted warmly as are my dogs. She assists me with choosing the best items for them. Clearly she has mastered the art of genuine old fashioned customer service. She's the reason I continue to shop at Petco. Being a mom to 4 dogs one cat and 4 birds this means something of value to Petco. This is how important customer service is and that people like Margo keep valuable business for the company.

This Petco has good customer service and has essential pet supplies stocked. You can check their stock online, and it's been pretty accurate. Sometimes prices online are cheaper than in store, but at the register the cashier will do a price adjustment if you ask for it and show them the online price on your phone. Staff here try to be pretty helpful, but they often don't know where things are located. Lady in the fishkeeping section knew nothing about fish and seemed to be cognitively challenged. Hope she's not the one caring for the fish. Cashier is friendly and they greet you. The only negatives are that things could be organized better in the fish keeping section, and everything has a thick layer of dust all over it. The animals that live there must be living in that dust too. Also the parking lot has garbage all over and it seems to be a hang out spot for down and out drug addicts.

Prices are a little high but customer service takes the win. We arrived before they opened and even though they were quite busy, the guy who helped us took his time explaining what products to buy. We had a few questions about my new dog. Will come back, they do care about their customers.

The customer service here is so unbelievably mediocre, it's hard to believe they still operate. No one knows anything, and NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE!!! Do you think one-at least ONE of the people just standing around and picking their nose doing nothing but chatting could pick up the damn phone once in a blue moon? You're amateurs! Like the guy in Scarface said "Close the chop maing"
