Great one stop shop, needed notary service and also needed to mail it out. They were very helpful gave me different options with Usps, FedEx and Ups. They also ship international with DHL. Friendly and helpful staff.

BEWARE!!! I dropped a Fedex package here yesterday, sealed and labeled for shipping.
The package arrived at its location but MISSING 2 items from inside the box. These were gifts for a friend, and sadly not cheap.
Someone visibly opened the box and stole things out of my package before shipping it.
I’m extremely upset and will be calling BBB to report this business for the theft.

Angel stayed 10 minutes after closing to wait for me to come pick up my package and when I realized I didn’t have my ID he told me I can use my passport instead. The guy is a rockstar and deserves a raise!

My husband has always has always used this business to ship since they are a friendly neighborhood store. I have dropped off packages and it was always easy. We have been happy with the service for seven years and will support this small businesses again always!

I've been doing business with these fine folks for years. Owners are a really nice and caring couple. I'm also always impressed with the professionalism of the staff. Very courteous and go out of their way to ensure you're taken care of. I've had live scans, notary services, and packing+shipping done here. Lately I've been using their pack & ship services almost daily for my at home business. I can honestly say that if it weren't for these wonderful people, and the services they offer, I wouldn't have a business. God bless this business forever please and amen.

I was visiting a couple of friends in vista and I needed to mail something home to texas asap, I looked online and this shipping store was the first that popped up. I was expecting it to be like any other shipping store but when I walked it I was greeted right away and I felt the hospitality in the air. The boys up front were very professional and also very sweet. Especially John, he was very helpful and kind and helped me with packing my stuff. Overall, both of the boys were extremely helpful and I recommend anyone to come here to ship their stuff!! If im ever in Vista again ill make sure to come back if i need to mail something again :)

Respectfully, this location does not allow customers to speak. Within seconds of being in the shop, the employee was mocking me by saying, “oh really oh really oh really?” and visibly shaking their head at me while not listening to what I said. I had the website pulled up to prove the information I was telling them but their staff would not get a word in edgewise. Since one staff member had no issues talking over me and the manager had the same exact issue, there was no point in showing them the website information. They also refused to even verify the information I was trying to show them. But don’t worry, they’ll gaslight me with this comment as well. Another customer below left a bad review and the company said, “so sad you did this when we did xyz for you anyways.”Stay classy, folks.

I went here in July to send off an instrument. They quoted me about 2 dollars less than the UPS store. My customer said the flute was in perfect condition upon arriving. I enjoy all the employees there as I know them better than most. I worked at the Little Ceasers and sometimes see them around.

Walked in for live scan fingerprints and 1 person does it all ….very I unprofessional didn’t take me because they where waiting for appointment that dad not arrived ….there was no costumers and still didn’t take me for fingerprints…..kids in the front where very rude
