I've been a contractor in North county for close to 30 years. I love to send my customers to ProSource because of the personal experience that they get. Kevin is amazing, all of the staff is amazing! Xavier and Scott not only offer phenomenal and competitive pricing but old school customer service that is hard to find now in days. I live in Northern California and they were able to get my flooring to me no problem. Always returned my calls and kept in touch with me for my orders even during the holiday season. They don't stand by their products or their installers. They blame installer (who they originally recommended) when clearly the product is defective. Because the installers aren't in-house by blaming the installer they don't need to stand by any warranty. A few months after installing LVP it started cupping and floating and making cracking noises when walked on... took months of back and forth but they finally blamed installer but agreed to provide replacement planks which the installer installed without charging us. Installer told us the product is garbage and he refuses to install it anymore. Again less than a year later the problem reappeared in more spots all over the houses. Pro Source sent an inspector and now claimed the slab required a vapor/moisture barrier which wasn't installed which again is installer's fault, not defective material. So they say they won't warranty the product and wish us luck with the installer. Extremely disappointed and won't ever recommend this company. Also telling our interior designer to stop recommending this company as well.

Kevin at ProSource provided excellent, professional service to help me find the right flooring for my home remodel. He was very patient and informative, never pushy or disinterested and helped me find a high quality product, that looks great, at a great price. I'd seen some of the same products at other stores for far higher prices. I highly recommend ProSource and Kevin, specifically. Thank you Kevin!
