Reyna hands down got my streaks of hair blond after spending years with heathy hair when I lived in La till the mid 2000s I would have drove to Vista from La if I knew about her as she is the best or only person to perform a miracle that only Jesus could perform ?if I knew she existed back then as I was successful then lost everything fell in love and lived in Vista but a few years back but after spending way too much money for just one in vista for years and San Marcos if I only had knew my neighbor Jessica at that time however if I ever can afford to go blonde again as I’m getting my hair healthy I will use Only Reyna ?

booked a consultation with Reyna and she never showed up, hair salón was closed. Unprofessional, waste of time. I contacted her through text and social media and she never responded while I was waiting on site for 20 minutes. while she posted on social media instead of-managing her agenda

Excellent customer service! So friendly and accommodating! Jocelyn is super sweet and I will recommend her 100% to anyone! Reyna, the owner was really sweet when I spoke to her on the phone. I love this place and will keep coming back. Can't wait to get more services done!

My wife went to this store the first time, her hair dye faded in the first bath, they told her to come back and they would put the dye back in and it wasn't fair.
Since if they know how to do their job it's the first time it was almost 350 dlls
And he goes again now for a job with blonde and it turned out like this, they leave it like this ???? almost 150 dollars if I had known, I do it with a dye from Walmart and it looks like this
Seriously, if they know that they are not going to have the job, they should say so that they can look for other options.
It is obvious that they do not use good quality products and they throw everything at any cost.
They only waste time and money
I give them one star because I can't give less.

Best place ever!! I’ve never done anything to my hair my whole life and up too 2 years ago Reyna (owner) changed my life!! Now real glam is a must i live in LA but the hour plus trip is well worth it. ?? Best products ever and the salon itself is beautiful ? . I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality work with great customer service! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I always go to Sheyla. She is the best colorist I have been too. She is highly skilled and can do just about anything..the ladies that work here keep up on the latest techniques and styles and can do anything.

I like Reyna, She's sweet and I love the way she cuts my hair. However, I feel the salon lacks professionalism and most importantly good customer service. Appointments are always iffy and people answering the phone don't know each other's schedule. There's not a time set just for you. You will wait a while. She always has multiple clients at the same time, she's also answering phone calls, greeting friends/family etc. For me a haircut is a treat. It's my "me time" and an expense. I want to get pampered. Last time I went my hair was not washed or styled and I was still charged the regular price of $45-50. I was very disappointed. My time is valuable and I can't deal with someone who thinks it's okay to stop every 2 minutes to chat instead of completing a service.

In the beginning everything was great. I loved Reynas work. When she moved to her current location, I followed her. Excited she had been doing a great job. As soon as she started to get more busy, I felt she lacked at her work. The first time, i came back to bleach my hair the second time. I was extremely upset by the end of my appointment. She was late and had booked another person the same time as mine. She chose to cut her hair so I waited another 20 minutes. Keep in mind she was already late. She started to work on my hair. She was half working on it and became the receptionist and stayed talking to some customers for 30 minutes until she came back to finish the rest of my hair. It was a nightmare and unprofessional. The second time, I decided to dye my hair ashy brown. She told me to use purple shampoo. Well it didn't work out and wasn't the color I wanted. Finding out I didn't need the purple shampoo and it wasn't dyed correctly, but I found out later on not immediately. The third time, I came back and asked to have a short haircut with some layers and thin out a bit in the back due to my hair being thick. Well she over did it. I felt i was bald from the back. It was the last time I decided to come back. I had to go somewhere else to get my haircut fixed and she immediately felt the over thinned hair she had left. Ever since my hair doesn't feel as full as before. Again, she was awesome in the beginning but I feel she wants to multitask and working with others at the same time. That is not the way you should be doing it. It's all about focusing in one customer at a time and being punctual because our hair is our main image and something I take care of a lot for someone else to damage it.

Save your hair from coming to this place. I scheduled an appointment with khristy before hand asked her for a quote. Ended up coming out with the color I did not want and having to pay over $120 because of a bleach process that she never mentioned when she quoted me. RIP off. Color came out significantly after one shower. Their prices are ridiculous stupid to just come out of the salon with damaged hair. Same exact thing happened with Rosie so I decided to go with Kristy second time around. Both disappointed. And to top it off during my visit with Rosie the girls offered underage girls alcoholic drinks. If i had a underage daughter I would not let her come here alone do to they have no respect as to using their heads like oh this girl doesnt even look 21. What a shame.
