I purchased a trailer hitch from eTrailer and could not install it myself. I learned that Rudy’s is eTrailer certified. Went with him and he did a great job at a fair price. He was also gracious in meeting our somewhat unreasonable time line. 5+ stars for sure!

I brought my 1965 mustang in to have my brakes bled and checked over by a second set of eyes since I had previously done all the work myself.
Nick took my basic request and ran with it, going above and beyond. He didn’t just power bleed the brakes he checked each wheel individually AND re welded the push rod for my brake pedal so it had the proper reach for the master cylinder.
By the time he was done with my car it was a world of difference. I’m certain in the 59 year life of this car it’s never been able to brake this well.

Rudy has the experience of an old gruff mechanic with the enthusiasm of an auto shop TA. He’s super friendly and will go into detail about part recommendations without being pushy. The price of parts and service were exceptionally low compared to the chain brand mechanics I’ve gone to in the past. He even gave tips when I mentioned I was thinking of sound damping and plasti dipping on my own. I can’t say enough good things - 10/10 would recommend.

Rudy’s Auto Help is first rate because of great customer service! The test of a company is what they do when things don’t go exactly right. Rudy’s stepped up immediately when we had a minor problem with our parts shipment and sent out a replacement immediately. A quality customer service experience. Highly recommend.

Ordered part for Smart car, was a minor discrepancy when part arrived. Notified seller about issue, He quickly replied and corrected situation with another part sending it second day air freight. WOW! Sure wasn't expecting that kind of service... Check out their website for Smartcar parts...

I had bought some expensive headlights that had a programming issue with my truck so I took it to Rudy’s Auto help, and the owner Nick had fixed it within minutes! If it wasn’t for him I’d have to return the headlights. I cannot explain to you enough how good of a guy Nick is. I am extremely grateful for his help. If you have any issues with anything vehicle related, take it to this guy!

I needed a rear hatch window for my Smart Fortwo. These guys had one for $75. The shipping was $100, but they were still way cheaper than any other place I tried. And Nick gave me probably 20 minutes of free mechanic advice to boot. I highly recommend these guys.

Nick and his Son installed a Pro Comp lift on my Toyota Tundra…They were very courteous and Professional. They went above and beyond to get it done in record time. Very pleased and would definitely recommend.

Product was as advertised, great communication, fast delivery, cost of shipping was a little high, but not bad.LGBTQ friendly is not part of my choosing a business to purchase auto parts from. I don't care if you have this stance, and don't believe it should be used as marketing for a business, for this reason 4 stars instead of 5. I care about knowledgeable men and women in their industry, honest about product they offer, and fair pricing. Thank you for the product.
