Employees park in front of ATM when there is plenty of street parking very very RUDE and $36 NSF fee and they charge you over and over had $200 in fees one time because I was out of town but mission federal maybe $10 and pays it for you!!!

Went from a great bank to one of the worst. A few points the online mobile banking is a joke. Second have fun depositing a check because they most likely are going to hold it for two weeks thanks to what homeless? So regular working people suffer same thing with getting a new card they no longer make them in the bank you now have to wait a week or two and still pay because of homeless again. And have fun contesting a charge they got rid of the ability to contest online you have to wait all night or weekend to call in now because you can no longer do it online.

Sure the bank manager all the way down to the clerks they're very polite they're very courteous they listen to you but the policies and how to bank are just horrific I've never had so many problems just to deposit money I had a business for over 30 years this is crazyThey do not make it convenient especially if you're having issues with another bank and you want to try to get your money out of that account and put it into their account I know people like it but just be real if you're just doing simple type banking it's probably a great place other than that and yes I was so upset with them I didn't even punctuate right on this or at all

I've been with this Credit Union since 2013 and it's generally fine... but this branch is especially terrible. They do not care about their customers in any capacity from my experiences.

Not great for disabled clients, staff just ignores your disability, doesn't ask if you might need accomodations or help.

Good bank. Wish it had tap like most bank cards have but that's OK. Debit card wise.

Worst credit union ever. They constantly violate NCUA regulations and don't care if the do. One of the managers refused to help me when I closed on a house out of state and refused to help me get the funds needed to do so, name started with a "D". While one of the other managers was real good and told us how to get this done. SDCCU refused to send me a new card while mine expired at the end of April because I had a change of address. With over 100K in my account they treated me like crap, though it shouldn't matter what's in your balance. I have been with this CU for over 25 years and got NO way to use the money I had in there. Of well soon to say good bye to them. Don't know what has recently happened to the management but it has gone way down. And yet they are looking at being nominated for Best CU in SD, no way!!! SDCCU needs to get over itself and start working for their members again, remember they're members NOT customers...

I am so sorry I joined this credit union.First I check my balance every week by automatic phone service. It doesn't put me through unless I key in my account super quick. This has happened many times. I was told 2 months ago they are aware of the problem and are working on itSo I decided to try mobile banking. That doesn't work either. It doesn't recognize any of my account numbers. So I called the customer service number. Even she verified something is wrong and will report it.What a nightmare. This bank is rated #1 by San Diego Tribune.I am 71 yrs old and have been a member of many banks. Never had a bad experience till now. I can't believe they are rated #1. That is all BS.what a joke. San Diego North County Credit Union Sucks.

SDCCU has turned into a totally crappy financial institution due their LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE. They have a disgusting fake voice that answers their calls and drones on and on about irrelevant details, and then you get put on hold for abusive lengths of time. THEY REFUSE TO HIRE MORE HELP IN ANSWERING PHONES. DISGUSTING!!! I'm moving all my money to Citibank, who has much better customer service... I've had a parallel account there for many years and they have been consistent in their good professional treatment.

Do not recommend this bank. Noticed today that as of March they're now charging transfer fees between my linked accounts. No communications sent out that this would be happening. Find an honest bank.

Although I regret opening my checking account and my car loan with SdCcU and would not recommend the bank institution itself due to their lack of telephone customer service (you will never be able to get through) and their hours of non service. I have to give this branch stars for its efforts and customer appreciation. They went above and beyond when I needed a balance for the past 4months I didn't want pertinente info relating to my account just the balance i could show to the courts and they went above and beyond to provide it for me. In addition they also have waived a statement print out in the past. In k ow this is big with SDCCU as they owe y pinch every customer and that is one of many reasons I would not recommend doing business. But this branch has been here for me when I have needed them and I appreciate their help.

I spoke with Hilda M. And she was extremely rude. She was not helpful at all! I was trying to open an account and she was very unprofessional. Will NOT be coming back to this bank. The one on el Camino real is very different and they appreciated my business. Do not come to this branch!!!
