“Love this place. They have everything. Its like a little piece of Mexican American authenticity right in the heart of Carlsbad. Whether its Shrimp Ceviche youre looking for, the best home made green chile, pollo asada, adobada, el pastor, or carne asada. This is the spot. All the meats and fixins you need tp have a bomb BBQ. They even have the corn tortillas fresh in a warmer. Need i say anymore. Check em out. And be polite. They are such nice people.”

“I like the store itself, but not some of the workers. There's 1 worker in particular, that is horrible. She's rude EVERY TIME I go in. A couple weeks ago I took my son in who had autism before school. I told him to get a snack, my son is very honest amd he cannot stand people who still. With that being said he grabs what he wants. I ask him how much he tells me 1.25. I go to pay amd they are 1.85. So I go look yo make sure the price is indeed right. Well I guess some worker put them in the wrong spot. I told the worker the problem. She calls this lady up. I go back with her to show her. She starts going it's in the wrong spot. I told her I didn't put 5 rows of the wrong candy there and neither did my son. She kept going, so I walked to the front to ask for manger. She also left with the bag of candy. Manger finally shows up and I start explaining the situation. The worker shows up and says oh it's in the wrong spot. I told her(the worker) that wasn't why she was sent back there. I kept asking her what the price was, the manger, and her coworkers were asking her. I told her why can't you just answer the question about the price. By this point everyone is starting to look because of this crazy situation over a price check”

“I love ALDI'S!! I love that it's small, has gluten free and healthier snacks, just enough wine, cheese and chocolates along with the household items and gifts I forgot I needed! The produce and meats are mostly prepackaged but that's ok and the selection is more adequate. I'm getting used to the different brands they care and am finding my new favorites. I'm just so grateful there's still a store that isn't the size of a football field that has everything I need...simplified.”
