Sandra went above and beyond to help my wife and I upgrade our new phones today. She presented us all of our payment options and was quickly able to help us set up our new upgrades. The inside of the store was clean and the ambiance was very welcoming. The other staff were ready and more than willing to assist Sandra with helping us. Will definitely be revisiting this store for future mobile needs. Thank you all!

I was going through a difficult and frustrating breakup from ATT and wanted to move back to Tmobile.I ended up at the Tmobile store at 550 Hacienda Dr in Vista. Man did I luck it out!Billy was amazing from the start. He so patient listening to me complain about ATT and forgotten passwords and I don’t want to pay that’s. His customer service ROCKS!While I was waiting for Billy, East Coast Mike with the smooth dance moves checked in on me asking if he could help me. I declined, I wanted to wait for Billy. Awesome for checking in.Next up was Brandon, at that point I did have a question and Brandon patiently listened to me complain about ATT (did I mention it wasn’t an easy break up) and answered all of my questions. Amazing!Billy was able to get me back to Tmobile!! YAY Billy! He made it so easy. Every question I had, he answered. Every concern, he took care of! I’m so happy to be back.All three gentlemen were awesome! I felt like they really cared about my situation and wanted to help me. I will be back to upgrade my kids phone and will look for Billy. I know if he isn’t available I will still be taken care of!GO TO THIS TMOBILE! You can get ice cream next door at 31 flavors and make a day of it.Hey Tmobile Manager - I think these guys deserve a pizza! ?

We lost a phone and needed to replace it. T-Mobile representatives Sandra and Valerie were fantastic, as was a representative at 611 (Customer Care)! We worked with Sandra directly. She, and Valerie had to stay after hours to help us figure out a bug and get us on the right track. Thank you so much Sandra and Valerie!

horrible store employees rude, T mobile has horrible customer service this store proves that. 7 year customer that just switched to Verizon, T mobile was the worst decision I ever made glad I won't be in this business anymore

David R., Sergio, and Vanessa of T-Mobile were fabulous in explaining the cellular plans and promotions available for my family. David worked very hard to help me overcome difficulties I encountered in the process of transferring out from another cellular company. My family loves our new T-Mobile plan. And I loved the great customer service I received from David R., Sergio, and Vanessa of T-Mobile in the Vista Costco.

My son wanted to upgrade his google phone to the new iPhone 15. We visited THIS location 11-4-23 and due to the wait in store we were able to purchase the phone on line (in order to save time) and were able to wait the required "15 min safe time" whatever that means to puck up the new iPhone purchase iPods and have his google phone inspected for the trade in. It was suggested by the salesman to transfer info from one phone to the other by my son and return the google phone when convenient within 14 days. Transfer complete and I revisited this location to make the trade. I was greeted by Daniela and I explained the reason for my visit and she proceeded to tell me she could NOT accept the google phone as a trade in because it was "damaged". She suggested to take it in for repair then bring it back for the trade in. The camera that she incorrectly claimed was damaged was in fact a "protector". Why is it "sales people" are only willing to help customers that have cash to spend to put money in their pockets? The google phone was in fact NOT damaged and after speaking with T-Mobile customer service was on the phone they confirmed the store was WRONG to assume the worse and NOT take the google phone for the trade in upgrade. I suggest any customers visiting this location to reconsider and visit another close by location that have staff that are more educated on phones and what is an aftermarket purchase to avoid waste of time.

Employee named Sandra she is very condescending in the way she attempts to "explain" any questions we have. Didn't make any effort to try to get us to understand anything we were confused about. Very sarcastic with her one word answers. She looked like she was training in the process as well, hopefully she doesn't pass on her unprofessional customer services.

As soon as we walk in, we are greeted. I'm sorry that I can't remember the name of the young lady who helped us ( I wish I did ), but she was very friendly and knowledgeable. We asked her how she liked her job and she said she loved it.She also said that she wanted to apply to their leadership program, and I believe she would do a great job if promoted. I also loved her personality. We were in and out of there in about 15 minutes.
