I'm not sure why T-Mobile has a store if the customer has to wait over an hour to be seen for customer service. I went in to add a new line and upgrade 5 phones and was told to wait for 20 minutes as the staff were currently busy with other customers. I saw three employees working that day.After an hour of waiting, I walked out. No one was bothered to let me know that the wait time has increased or that they are sorry about the wait.One of the staff was helping a customer with their Apple account issue, which could easily be resolved at an Apple Store. The other one was jumping from one customer to another. The third employee was nowhere to be seen.T-Mobile, please close your stores if this is the level of your customer service. I'd rather go to BestBuy or Costco from now on to get new phones.

This place is filled with unprofessional people that sign you up for plans that you didn't even ask for. I went in back in November 10th 2023 to trade in my purple iPhone 11 for an iPhone 14 Pro Max, whoever helped me and my dad out, she restarted the plan over and over again because apparently she kept messing up, a month later we get a bill in the mail for almost $700?? Wth did that girl do?? (She's Mexican, in her mid twenties with long dark brown straight hair) Then we tried going back to get this resolved "oh there's no record that your phone was even traded in!" Even though I physically handed her my phone and she took it from me. They said a $300 would be put to the new trade in when financing but that was never reflected. We're thinking about leaving this stupid bill unpaid and switching ASAP. Why bother hiring anyone if they have no idea what they're doing. Thanks for the most difficult time we've ever had with T-Mobile in that past 3 months compared to being loyal paying customers for over 10 years. You lost our business. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere because odds are these employees will sign you up for what you didn't even ask for and put on a dumb face when confronted about it. THANKS VISTA LOCATION. You've been horrible.

Don't go to the store in Vista, or any T-Mobile store! In fact avoid T-Mobile completely! Sales people are unprofessional, unknowledgeable, and extremely fraudulent. Anthony the sales rep, signed me up for a free line when I pay for two, for a reasonable rate. When I received my first bill it was almost double. I went back to the store and was reassured by Anthony the bill will be adjusted. Unfortunately several trips back to the store dealing with ignorant sales people and manager each months I was charged a high amount. After filing a claim and three month later I found out that promotion never existed. I changed service provider, paid my bill for the phone in full and T- Mobile isn't unlocking my phones! Don't go there and if so be aware they don't unlock your I-phone when you switch service provider, even after you pay the phone off and by law you are the rightful owner.

I went in with my guard up! I hate dealing with new phone bs! Mary helped my daughter and I out a lot! She was amazing, we had a few bumps in the road but it went smoother than one would expect. Mary explained everything and she was so kind to my crazy granddaughter who was obsessed with! Give Mary a raise T-mobile she deserves it!

Visited the store a couple weeks ago to activate my new iPhone. I was kindly helped within a couple of minutes. Thank you Garrett for your prompt, friendly, and professional service.

The worst customer service experience of my life. The guy helping me was so unprofessional. He said I was not elible for a upgrade. In stead he was trying to sell me a new phone. I had to leave the store and go to my car and call customer service. While on the phone with customer service I went back in the store so they could walk him thru what was happening. He then proceeds to get an attitude with the rep on the phone. Once the rep told him that what I said was correct he then starts lying about my down payment. He told me I would need to pay $350 out the door. I told him that was fine and I still wanted the phone. Then all of a sudden they didn't have the phone I wanted. I went else to get my upgrade my down-payment was not what he said it was. And after I purchased the phone I called to see why the down payments would have been different. They told me on the phone that my down payment should not have been different. They apologized and said no matter where I went the down payment should have been the same. I'm sure the I was being discriminated against . BEWARE

After visiting a different store and finding out I qualify for a free line, I came to this location to asked about it. The guy that helped me assured me that this new line was completely free to me. I asked him several times if there was a catch or if they were going to charge me later on and his answer was always "No". I bought the phone and forced my mom to change companies and take advantage of this promotion, but after a month, my bill came up and it was higher. I went into the store and one of the employees adjusted amount. The following month my bill came up and it was high again. I went back and asked them to please fix the problem. They asked me to return when the person that helped me was there because they needed to hear "his side of the story" so I went back a few days later while he was scheduled to work just to find out he had left for the day so there was nothing they could do. I went back again the following week and talk to an assistant manager who said there was nothing he could do, but to put in a help ticket on the system and wait to see what the company said. A few days later the assistant manager called me to let me know that there was nothing they could do.They assured me the line was completely free every time I asked if there was going to be any charges for the line. Because of that, I forced my mother to change phone companies, spend over $250 dollars to buy a T-Mobile phone, make several trips to the store to solve this problem so they can just tell me that there is nothing they can do about it!I would not recommend anybody to come to this store.
