Not the first time I was in this Target, not sure why I didn't leave a review last time, maybe I forgot or was too busy checking out their stuffs, because they do have tons of them, 80% not quite what I was looking for, but still give me extra time to kill here, since it is the super neat location, this is the second time I saw all three stores Ross, Walmart and Target are in the same shopping center, the amount of time I spent at each place was equally great, and Target has no exception, I just have to dig deeper to find what I want

IT's target! If you have expectations that outweigh the ability of a store, go somewhere else! In the meantime I will continue shopping at target where I have a clear expectation of what my shopping experience will be.

I prefer to conduct my shopping activities at Target; however, I have consistently experienced challenges with the team members at a this location. These challenges encompass unprofessional conduct while performing their duties, as well as instances of blatant disrespect. It appears that the management at this particular Target may not be taking sufficient measures to ensure proper behavior from their team members. Consequently, I am hesitant to recommend shopping at this Target location, as it is likely to result in receiving substandard treatment from the employees.

I went into my preferred target today to take advantage of the special offer I saw in my inbox... but when I got to the checkout, I found out I had to have the app...so I got out of line and was trying to set it up and the manager approached me to see if I needed help...super nice to get that assistance and he gave me a courtesy pass so I could finish the app at home Talk about customer service ! Thanks, Chad and checker Melissa for making Target on University my favorite! An added plus...Ulta is now in store!

This review is only for the worker Susi in the cosmetics/bath section that helped my family out tonight. I was looking for a specific item and she looked it up for me, was very kind and then I needed something unlocked and she came without making me wait forever (usually happens here). she was so sweet I wanted to leave her a tip but they can't accept them!!! I'd leave her a good review on the survey but I lost my receipt :(

I like target, actually love Target but this one is poorly ran. The wait is forever for pick up, purchase, or returns. I've never experienced this at any other Target. Managers here do not seem to be efficient and makes customer wait a long time (10+ mins to come to the counter). Long lines. Probably will find a different location to shop.

My review is on CVS pharmacy. Terrible customer service. I waited over an hour for a pharmacist to come back from lunch even though I was told he's at lunch for only 30 minutes. No one knows when they go for lunch and come back, the technician was rude and obnoxious. I end up waiting close to two hours. Extremely disorganized, do not go there. Disgusting.

Target's online eCommerce logistics and shipping department is an unmitigated and perpetual disaster. If you're short on time and don't want to read this review, check out my pictures because you'll get the point. I used to be a regular Target customer until I started trying to order from them online. Out of every two online orders, one of them will have missing items, broken items, missing packages, or the items will be filthy. That said, I have to ask: is Target's warehouse outdoors in a dirt pit? Because receiving items covered in dirt, grime, and assorted gunk is the norm; Amazon and Walmart don't have this problem. If you look closely at my pictures, you can see what appears to be lotion on some items, dirt, stains, and just nastiness. Oh, and Target's warehouse staff? Don't get me started. Actually, I'm pretty fired up, so let's continue this tirade... The warehouse people at Target are the most careless of any company selling via e-commerce in my vast experience. And I've been ordering online since back when Amazon only sold books. Target's warehouse people literally dump everything into a box with no padding or protection. Heavy items damage smaller items, and items with liquid break and leak constantly. Did you see those pictures I just attached? That's fabric softener that spilled over everything. The fabric softener is mixed with liquid dish soap that also leaked. Do you have any idea how hard it is to clean up spilled fabric softener and dish soap? To add insult to injury, Target has already denied our refund. They want us to haul all of this filthy crap back to one of their stores for processing. But I have a better idea... I'm going to post these reviews all over and cancel my Target.com account. I've already signed up for Walmart+, which gives me free shipping and a bunch of other benefits for only $13 a month. Final note: Target is much more expensive in-store than online. They've really become a trash company over the course of the last four years, and this is the last time I ever give them my business. PS When Target gets nasty press (like this review lol), their "Customer Experience" team will reach out and try and smooth things over. They have contacted me on three past occasions, and they're absolutely useless. So if you ever deal with these Customer Experience people, don't buy into any of their BS. They will waste your time, and none of the underlying issues will ever be solved.

What a great experience we had at Target this weekend. For someone who does not like shopping, the visit made me feel comfortable. We ran in for a few items. The ability to locate things was easy and predictable. The pricing was easy on the wallet. Best of all, the cashier made such an impression on us that we will be going back to this particular store in the future.

had such a great experience today looking for some dorm room essentials!! one of the associates, (I believe her name was Zari) helped me locate a lamp that was over 70% off today!! i also really appreciated the kindness in her tone and willingness to help me find something!! very satisfied with today's experience !!

This target has a bigger selection & more space than the other targets in the area. I specifically like makeup/beauty area where there are so many mini products to buy. I wish that there were more self-checkouts, but overall it's quick to get in and out of Target.

I don't typically leave bad reviews, but I had to leave this one- a couple of weeks ago, I went to Target and was being helped by a young man in the market area. As I was being assisted, I heard a team lead yell at a team member down a few aisles. I heard the team lead; I believe his name was Lincoln (it was hard to read his name tag), tell a minor to "lose the gray" because the young man was wearing a gray sweater. Amongst their conversation, I overheard the young man state it was the only sweater he had and asked the manager to requisition him a red sweater if he needed to be wearing red. I'm disgusted in the matter the lead spoke to the team member. Target is known for treating its employees right, and this experience was a poor example of that. It made me think of how much the store makes, and they could not simply requisition an item? When it is freezing in the market area. The young man was in the middle of helping me, and Lincoln rudely irrupted us. As a manager myself and a former Target employee, I was disgusted by how he treated this young man. No one in a leadership position should speak to anyone as if they are beneath them. This was such disgusting and unprofessional behavior for a team lead, and I hope Target does better with their training for team leads at this location because they have no right to speak to a team member in that matter. Please have respect for your employees and team. Lincoln do better.

It's really upsetting that I have to write this review. I love target and spend way too much of my time and too much of my money on them, specifically this location that is very conveniently down the way from my home. I've never really had a bad interaction here until today. I do believe my boyfriend and I were profiled because of our appearance. I try not to go anywhere looking rough but today was just an off day. I was in gym clothes and my boyfriend was still in his construction clothes so yes we definitely looked a little rough. We used self check out as always and as we were checking out I could see a member whispering not so discreetly into her walkie, I had to run off for something and when I got back she was asking my boyfriend if everything was ok. When I got back she asked if she could check our cart and bags cause she didn't think everything had scanned . I personally scanned everything so I knew I had but of course mistakes happen and I have zero issue having anyone look over my things. She then stated the very specific item that was not scanned and continued to look through the screen and scroll up and down to find it. She did not "find it" and in a condescending tone started to say that it "was ok" that "these things happen." Well being the one who scanned everything I knew I had so I started to scroll down the screen and very easily point out the 80$ item that was scanned... would you look at that. She quickly said that that particular brand didn't "always scan" That they had had problems with that very specific brand so she just wanted to make sure... ok. Whatever I get it people steal but I've never had this issue before just the day we come looking kinda rough. You should really have your employees take the discrimination course again cause they are very obviously failing on that.
