The woman who works here is very rude. I've gone in a few times for Amazon returns and she is always very put out to do an Amazon return. She makes comments about having to package the items, and is very condescending. I dread going to this location because she acts so put out to help me. I now go to a store further away so I can avoid interaction with her.

Reshma was really helpful. I brought in a package that wasn't tapped up and nicely help me out and tapped it up for me with no hesitation. Highly recommended.

Horrific experience from store 6992 Vista CA. the woman who works there has zero customer service savvy. she is condescending and extremely disrespectful. she has no patience whatsoever. if I never go there again, it's too soon.Richard G. I understood the difference between the QR Code provided by Amazon and the instructions when a QR Code is not available and instead instructions for customer to print the label and adhere to the package. The woman proceeded to let me know that the QR Code label comes out of a different machine and it is free of charge and the instructions to print a label are the responsibility of the customer, but for $3.25 she would print the label. She proceeded to hold up two examples of return boxes one with a QR Code label and one with a printed label. Good luck with the rudeness and condescending attitude that's the face of your business. And, $3.25 to print a label!!!! Absurd. I will never return to this 6992 UPS Store on E. Vista Way.

Rushma is awesome!! Every time I’m in she is hustling, handling multiple customers at once and does an awesome job juggling the rush and getting it all done. She helped me custom pack my item and was a huge help in helping me figure out the best way to ship something when I was unsure how to do so. Great team of people!

Slowest ups store. Been here many times and it always a 15-20 minute endeavor to return an Amazon item. If you didn’t tape your package they charge you $3 for a piece of tape. If you need them to print the label (a piece of paper in printer), it’s also $3.25. UPS can do better. Quit franchising your stores

Let me tell you, that the service that Reshma provides at this store is unparalleled to the other UPS Stores. Quite often, she is working by herself and a rush of people come in. I feel so bad for her. That has to be very stressful and very frustrating when working alone or handling customers that need extra understanding. And she handles it sooooo well. Highly recommend this store because of her!!

Every time I come to this location, everyone working here is always friendly and helpful. Reshma in particular always greets me in a very personable way, and always willing to offer suggestions to my packing needs ( if needed) It's rare I come here and it's empty. There is always a constant crowd at this location. I commend these people working here , as I sometimes don't have patience when people arrive without any of the necessary codes or slips needed. Offer an extra smile or kind word... especially during the holidays as this place will get crazy.

Everyone is nice and dont rush people if they need more help even if line long. I do always ask for a receipt since no one is perfect just incase my package gets long. I do at postoffice too

Understand why it’s so poorly rated. Charged 2 dollars to tape my excessively priced box. To charge 2 dollars for tape is just poor form. Go somewhere else if you can

I am not sure why all the negative reviews but I do see other customers always showing up unprepared. I am in here multiple times per week shipping orders for my ecommerce businesses and Reshma is always so pleasant but obviously overworked. If anyone should be getting a negative review it's the owner of this franchise who doesn't adequately staff their business and leaves a single person to open, operate and close this business 6 days per week. Absolutely ridiculous!

SAVE YOUR TIME! GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!!!! THIS PLACE HAS 41 ONE STAR REVIEWS FOR A REASON. LET THIS PLACE RUN ITSELF INTO THE GROUND. Any business that isn’t organized or staffed enough to work through a FOUR PERSON (four is NOT a lot of customers let’s be real) line in less than the half hour (and I still ended up 10 mins late so it was more like 40 mins) that it took my clothes to be washed. The employees move at the speed of sloth. They are completely rude, and have no regard for their customers time, or requests. I even asked for four copies of what I was trying to print, and after about 25 minutes of waiting, I still only got one, and I wasn’t about to sit around in this hell hole of a postal store and wait for these women who clearly hate their job to do anything else that I’m paying them to do. Judging by the reviews on this place, I am not the only one that’s had a problem with these women , which is highly unfortunate, because as a small business owner, it is a deal to have a good relationship with the nearest Postal Service, but this is one that I will not be returning to, I will be posting about my experience everywhere as to warn others, not to waste their time on people that won’t even acknowledge their existence until about 10 minutes after they walk through the door.

I have never in my life had the horrible customer service experience I had with this store. Some of the items I was returning were dropped to the floor with no regard and shattered. Reshma was extremely rude about it all & said there was no one I could voice my complaint to.

I must use the services at least twice a week and This location is very convenient. The staff is very friendly and patient as they are very busy. The manager Reshma has always been very sweet and courteous with her clients. They make what I think is a hard job look easy. Glad you're part of our neighborhood guys!

Customer service depends on who is working. Sometimes it's good and sometimes the lady who I think is the owner is kinda rude and pressures me to just leave the package without getting a receipt if it's busy. Don't leave the store without the amazon dropoff receipt because that's your proof that it was dropped off.
