“I cannot recommend Tri City Tire & Automotive enough. I was honestly desperate because my car was shaking every time I stopped at a red light, and I had no idea what to do. After calling the shop, I explained the symptoms to a man named Robert, and he immediately started thinking through what could be causing the problem. He was patient, kind, and reassuring from the very first conversation.
He invited me to bring the car in, greeted me warmly, and took the time to get to know me while sharing some of his experiences as a mechanic. That personal connection meant a lot. For the first time, I did not just see someone fixing cars. I saw someone I could genuinely trust.
Robert is incredibly knowledgeable. Whether it is a European, American, or Asian vehicle, it is clear he knows his craft inside and out. What impressed me most was that he was not trying to sell me unnecessary repairs. He simply wanted to help. There were 2 men who found my tire size and gave me the same price I was quoted over the phone. My new tire was put on within 5mins and I was able to make it to church on time before work! The last time I was here was 5 Years ago when we had a flat tire on my Sonata and they fixed it within 5mins. Excellent & quick service! Fixed and starter wasn’t working. They got it fixed for me. They got my air conditioning fixed my windshield. wipe in the back on my Tahoe. They did other extra stuff and the pricing was unbelievable. Very reasonable. I would very highly recommend them. They will not over Price you. They will take good care of you. I was so happy that I go job. He took very good care of me.”
