Don't waste your time with this seller, He kept me waiting for almost three weeks for nothing. I contacted him by email three times and never heard back from him. He totally ignored me until the time I finally cancelled my order and asked for a refund. This guy just doesn't care about his customers.

This is the only place to buy transmission parts. They have always had any part I have needed and shipped it really fast. One time I called for information on a part and the guy I talked to actually works on transmissions! You just can't beat that type of service.Service: Transmission

I had an issue with a lower quality than purchased part. Emailed twice but was ignored. Got a message that I hurt his feelings and that "You should have called me before opening this paypal case". Appears to be Chinese parts for my American mad trans. He suddenly found the email after opening the paypal dispute. His responses are arrogant and he gets flustered like a 13 year old female.Service: Transmission

I ordered "In Stock" parts and received no order confirmation or email.I attempted to contact them 2 times over the next week and was ignored.I opened a PayPal case asking when my items would ship and was told "You should have called me before opening this paypal case". I had already attempted that.Mike Earley informed me they did not have the parts listed as being in stock, so I agreed to substitute lesser quality parts.When I asked to provide tracking info to close the paypal case I was told "We will not ship out until the PayPal goods not received case is closed"I told him I need proof that my items are shipped out or I can not close the case because he could just keep my money and never ship the parts.. Mike replied "I don't want your business".I ordered elsewhere, I suggest everyone else do the same.Service: Transmission

I am a retired body man of over 35 years I have been dealing with parts vendors new and used my whole life, Mike is by far the most knowledgeable and outgoing person I have ever dealt with. I took on the task of rebuilding my own transmission I must have called Mike 20 times for parts and advice and he never once let me down!!I RATE TRANSPARTSONLINE 10 STARS!!!!!!

Mike was very helpful and stayed after hours so I can pickup parts for the transmission that I am rebuilding. The parts I needed which none of the chain auto parts store had, was ordered and available the same day! He's has been in business for over 20 years and really knows transmissions!

MIke is the man! I personally call him the Trans master. great guy great service. he has a small shop but a huge work ethic, he works alone which is great cause if you want something done right, the less people working on something the better. Awesome guy, absolutley recomend him to everyone. thanks for everything Mike.
