This shop is also a U-haul franchise. The van we rented smelled so bad that if we didn't need to make a delivery right away, we would have left and found another vehicle somewhere. We purchased and sprayed lysol inside but the smell still didn't go away. It smelled like a dog had pooped all over it. I'm not exaggerating. It was just horrific. It was filthy as well. The only thing they said is that we had to fill it up. We had to drive for hours with the windows open in the worst storm in years! When we brought it back, both employees were on the phone. I said excuse me, that van... one of the guys stopped me and said, "It stinks, right?" and the other guy just shook his head. Are you kidding me? It's their responsibility and they acted like it was the van's fault! With the app, they don't need to deal with customers at all. You do all the rental paperwork online. You go in to pick up the rental and they're busy on the phone. They obviously haven't washed the rental for months. They don't put gas in it. You get back and they take the keys. There's almost no customer interaction and absolutely horrible customer service. Basically, the only thing they need to do is have a clean, safe vehicle ready for you when you make a reservation and they couldn't even be bothered to do that! All and all a terrible experience.

Do not rent a truck from u-haul!! I paid in full the day I returned my truck and made sure it was clean. They sent me a bill for THOUSANDS of dollars with no warning or explanation!!! I disputed the charges and have not even gotten a call back so far. As far as I'm concerned their "customer service" constitutes fraud and harassment. $20 a day my ass.

Great place, the owner is fantastic. Robert the Service Manager is very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. If you need to rent a truck or service your vehicle, this is the place to go. Thank you guy's.

The employee didn't seem to know what he was doing he had to call the supervisor and ask what to do they were not able to provide the size truck I needed or the size of storage unit that I needed. Even the girl on the U-Haul customer service line was new and I thought that she had reserved everything for me and nothing was reserved at all. All in all my experience was left lacking.

I have done business with Mac at Taskers/UHaul on 2 different occasions - and he has saved me time and money on both times. He is very courteous and attentive to your needs - and will strive to get you the best deal.

We came to return a truck we rented in Los Angeles county. The manager/owner said that they are already over their limit on this model and was about to recommend another location. However, after briefly wrestling with himself, he relented and graciously accommodated us by accepting the over-limit rental. The transaction was cordial and friendly. The owner then recommended a couple of restaurants in our new neighborhood (they are very good). Finding them honest, competent and friendly, we continue to do business with Taskers. Our experience with them is excellent.

These people are rude. Run away while you can, I asked them if they can help me hitch my car to my uhaul, they said yes tried to rush on the phone for payment which cost $498, which he did not tell me the price until I asked him three times, he was about to charge me like it was nothing. Btw I'm moving to Vegas and that's why I needed a truck and a tow. I get to the uhaul place, they tell me I need to leave my car, (while I need to leave for Vegas in two hours) and THEN , GO HOME (which isn35 minutes away) and come back to put the car on the hitch, that wastes about an hour and a half of my moving time, I told them that they should of told me all of this on phone, but the two men outside started arguing with me for 15 minutes saying that it's impossible to take my car and uhaul at the time, and that I have to come back for it, I already told them five times that I'm okay with leaving it, since there's no point and they told me it's impossible to put stuff in the uhaul with my car attached to it, the owner said that he actually is keeping the car for my convenience and that any other uhaul would haven't done this or helped me, which is a complete lie. He told me that "uhaul sent me to them so it's not his fault" which makes no sense because I googled them and came here on my own, this place is terrible right away while you can we can do it right now. Why didn't I look at the reviews before I came? At the end, the man said "we can put your car on the uhaul"... these guys are ridiculous. This place needs to shut down their uhaul contract, as they are just an authorized dealer who are very unprofessional and rude, they cut you off when you talk, and you can see the frustration just standing there. They act like they're doing you a favor when they're just trying to steal your money with crappy service

Didnt explain that daily fee was TWENTY FOUR HOURS! SON THOUGHT HE HAD ONLY 6 HRS. AND HAD TO CUT MOVE SHORT!
