Great customer service! Bought a blind bag toy that had a manufacturing defect & they replaced and shipped said toy for free within just a few days and threw in a few extra toys from the same series to boot! Awesome company!

UCC distribution was at fan-x (SLC comi-con) and they were very kind to a young man I was assisting with disabilities. He has an obsession with plush type toys. I'm not sure if they were this awesome to everyonr or just this young man but they cut him a significant discount and let him pick another plush for free.
