While this may look like a post office, it's actually the office of magical teleportation. You'll need three fig Newtons and a badge of identification. I use this office to travel to Turkey it only took 3.7 seconds. Now if you're looking for help with USPS matters ring the bell and eat the fig Newtons while you wait

Don't know about anyone one else but when I went here it's not an office, it's a postal carrier annex. With no parking.

Made an appointment for 3 passports with photos. We arrived a few minutes early and were seen immediately. The postal worker provided great customer service. She was very thorough with the paperwork and patient with the kids taking their pictures. Everything was completed within 45 minutes and we got the passports and documents in the mail just a few weeks later.

Wow, why is this location so terrible? I've been in 3 times to pick up a piece of certified mail to find a long line. Waited 15 minutes each time and never actually saw a post office employee. And the line just gets longer and longer.

The mail carrier, not my usual one, put my prescription by the gate of the storage facility that I live on. He/She never brought in in the open side gate to the office or to my house on the property. They left it right next to the open gate, someone on the street could have picked it up and it would not be good. I contacted the customer service email, since nobody picks up the phone, they did not return my email. Can't call the local office, they may not even answer any ways. But a prescription? Really? In addition, my relief manager was in the office. The carrier was too lazy to walk in the gate that we are in front of. Shame on them!!!!

Got here early and had to wait 15 extra minutes. They give me the form to sign for a passport and I do that in 5 minutes, go back to get everything started and they say they don’t have time and that I have to wait for multiple hours or come back another day.

Manager should be fired over here. They don’t answer phone at all. 4 days in a row and they won’t answer the phone . Just get rid of your phone .

The workers here are very rude and hostile even asked to talk to a manger to report the way the worker was speaking to me and 30 mins later still hasn’t come. Worst service ever!!!! If I could give zero stars I would.

Made an appointment a month in advance just for them to cancel it. They did not reschedule my appointment They told me to walk in at a different location. Spent all morning on the phone listening to the worst automated system I've ever had to deal with and still dont have an appointment . I absolutely hate how the website is organized and everything about this has been a pain in my a**.

This place needs to be audited and shut down. It's seriously bad here literally everyone is lazy and I mean everyone. They do what they want even if it breaks the rules and law. USPS isn't going to do anything though I already tried to call HQ. I really hope they do an investigation on this place there's shady stuff happening.

Do not bother setting up appointments here. They will cancel them at the last minute.This office is extremely unreliable, fails to communicate, and just unresponsive.
