So tired of the passport walk in hours not being correct or not following through. I have tried 2 offices now. Ypu only allow walk ins 3 days for one hour each of those days do stick to the hours. Trying to make an appointment is so hard took me checking everyday for 2 damn months. Get it together

It's always been a great experience at this location. The postal workers are always courteous and professional. But they are understaffed. So things move along pretty slowly. Who's fault is that? The public (voters).

The staff is friendly enough, it’s simply the fact that my packages get lost the most when I use this location. I do like the one way entry and exit, also the drive through mail boxes for letters and such.

I want the upper management of this location needs to look closely at the crew, specially the the lady who process the passports.
I was mistreated, along with others Spanish speaking people.
The lady seen to have a lot of stress and not happy with her job.

A package goes missing? I get a follow up from an employee or manager.
Always courteous and extreme helpful.
Things may not go as planned 100% of the time but I know they at least try their best.

Small and old post office building that is tucked away behind the main roads in Vista. I personally go here to get mail supplies that they always have available.

Never intended to leave a review for a federal agency like my local post office but here I am. I would not have left one if I didn’t think there was a MAJOR scam going on. My sister is in the Army stationed in Germany. She has no friends. No family. Nobody out there. The post office is the only way I can connect with her with gifts. Christmas is always my one time of the year to splurge on her. I did. I shipped out a large flat rate box filled with $400 worth of stuff. Insurance is only $100 unfortunately and I did not buy more. (Never thought I’d be a victim as I never had been in the years I have been using them) I filled the box, bought my postage online and went to the post office. I waited to hand my package directly to a person. It was a female with brown hair. She told me she would scan it in. I went home and didn’t think anything of it. It has been over a week and it still says package awaiting acceptance. I would have chalked it up to a lost package which they can label it as such. It seems pretty clear that according to another reviewer, someone is skimming some packages off the top. I am a victim of it. I too filed a claim but they will drag their feet until the days end to avoid paying those out. I don’t care about the package but I won’t stop until that women loses her job. Hard working people trying to send their loved ones for the men and women who fight for their freedom is absolutely wild. It will either be legal justice or street justice. I’ll make sure she understands consequences for actions
