Honestly I read through dozens of reviews on dozens of different moving companies. I did a Yelp request and was overwhelmed by the responses. Finally I decided "call the closest to you". Best. Decision. Ever. Cesar and Richard showed up on time and I am not sure who the people who said the movers were slow hired because it wasn't this company. I spent all night staging the house with my priority move items just in case the reviews were true and I had to finish the rest on my own, wasn't necessary. They moved all my big scary items in like 15 minutes. I was amazed. If I have to move again, I am going with Velazquez because they were so nice, and so helpful. Their rates are super competitive as well (and trust me I looked at a lot of companies.) Save yourself the stress and hire them! This was my first time hiring movers, and Velazquez has set a standard for sure!!

Reliable, professional, and friendly movers in Southern California. We worked with a crew to move from one condo to another in San Diego. They moved quickly and with care. I will definitely call Velazquez Movers the next time I move.

Hector and his team are great! They got my couch over the second floor balcony railing because the front door wasn't a viable option, and they did it super fast. They're also very respectful and care about their customers. Very happy to have been referred to them. Thank you Velazquez movers!

I would give 10 stars if I could! Thank you Hector and team for making my move as smooth as possible. They were very efficient, professional and quick and friendly. Also helped me with my furniture assembly. I will definitely be recommending to my family and friends!

Had these movers come and help for a local move in San Marcos. Price was good, they were very good and wrapped everything extremely well. Highly recommend them.

Very nice move .. just one broken mirror.. lol it was from the dollar store.. they even put all my boxes that I had written on.. in my every room that It belong to . Thank you boy's... Will definitely let my friends and family know how professional and respectful u are .

They had the owner and 1 other guy moving us, owner kept stopping to pick up phone calls. They did not finish the job, I had to hire someone off craigslist to finish. While wrapping furniture, they took really long and also stopped to get drinks during the time they were supposed to be working. I hired them to move only the beds, couch and table. Still took them over 4 hours to do this. I even disassembled for them and even jumped in the truck to help out because of how slow these two were. It was the owner and smallest guy he could find. Upon arrival no assembly was done because it took them so long to unload and take everything inside. For what we played we were better off hiring someone off Melrose and asking them to load and unload.

I called Velazquez movers to help me move equipment from my house to a storage unit and they showed up on-time, made quick work loading and unloading the equipment in their truck and it could not have gone smoother! I have had my fair share of rough experiences with moving company's in the past so it is with great pleasure that I highly recommend them for your next move.

Movers did a great job moving us from one storage unit to another. They stacked everything very professionally, worked quickly, and took care of our stuff. The guys were friendly, too. Thank you!
